I bought items on sale that were final sale. I picked dresses my size 36 and even larger (my size is usually 32-34). YES I AGREE the price was good but the dresses are sewn with awkward pattern (above bust where dress connects to shoulders/arms) stretches and too small that you cannot even raise your arms. I went for exchange BUT no they did not accept. It is the same issue with my friend's purchases too. Too disappointed with H and M. would not recommend to anyone. This was the location in Laurier Québec, 2700 Boulevard Laurier, Québec City, QC G1V 4K5.

Real cheeky sales clerks! Won't accept to provide a refund when I have the receipt but a different credit card. My original credit card was change to different one. Thanks you for the crappy service!!!

This is not necessarily for this particular shop, but for the whole Province. We ordered early December a Christmas gift to just realize it won't make it until Dec 24.To just make a comparison : we ordered at the hungarian H and M a week before Christmas, it made it to its destination within couple days.H and M : please ask your hungarian subsidiary to provide you with their best practices you may learn something...Pathetic to be so cheapo to use regular Canada Post which is overloaded especially in December.H and M : please do your homework.

Very clean, recently renovated (2018). Huge section for women. Men and kids sections okayish as expected. They often have pretty good end of season" sales so I usually wait for them. Theres so many bright lights and mirrors that it gives me a headache after a while. That in conjuction with the weird layout makes it hard to navigate and locate the exits but thats probably just me."

Unfortunately, I can't find interesting things anymore while shopping at H&M.Three years ago, it was always fun shopping there.I hope they can increase their performance.
