Cassie's Dog Spa

Very expensive for very little service! In my dogs 14 years of being groomed by professionals and myself during the pandemic he has never looked so terrible as leaving Cassie dog Spa! I contacted privately regarding my complaints, only to have the owner to place blame on me for the trim I gave them. Furthermore, they shaved a Shih tzu tail! Which has never happened to him in his 14 years. I know his tailed can get matted, but never has it ever required it to be shaved and shaved poorly with clumps of fur sticking up everywhere.Additional, my other dog was poorly groomed. Her legs, feet, belly and bottom were barely touched and choppy. An over minimal pathetic job all for $120 plus dollars. In addition, an owner that takes no accountability for a poor job done all around. And in no way offered to make it right in anyway possible. Furthermore, to state that my dogs were is such disarray that you had to intervene before it cause bloody harm is disgusting!Very disappointed all around, would not recommend.

Cassies dog spa is amazing. She is amazing and caring. The staff is awesome too. So great with dogs. Hard working

I have taken my dog here monthly since we adopted him 2yrs ago. He absolutely LOVES going for his spa days (he knows the route and starts to sing when we get close) and I love how happy, safe and comfortable Paddington feels there! They are an awesome group of ladies who do great work! Highly recommend their pet grooming services!

Cassie’s Dog Spa came highly recommended from our vet.I have been taking my pup for his monthly spa appointments for head to toe pampering for almost a year now. He can hardly wait to get out of the car when we pull into the driveway. They always treat him like royalty and he comes home sparkling.Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of services they provide in a spa package.

Had to wait 2 months to get a full groom appointment. Received a shabby haircut that took them over 3.5hours and was charged $70 (for a twenty pound dog). This was my second unhappy experience here. Will not be returning.
