wish there was a way to give a zero star cause that's what these people deserve they get into each business and disrespect their tenants don't fix problems for years till you call property standards standards they don't care about their tenants they are just a paycheck so if you want to live somewhere where the landlord cares and fixes and updates their building on a regular basis well don't move here if that's what your looking for also if you want to raise your kids in a safe place this is not that place I have found drugs and contraband in the halls many times ans yelling almost every night here so warning don't move here is you want to feel safe

I'd like to respond to the bed bug epidemic".First of all it's not an epidemic. Secondly the situation was in a small area with only a few apartments affected and dealt with with very promptly and extremely well. The thousands of dollars it took to rid these apartments by way of having professionals in to deal with it AND paying for hotel housing! The stress on both people residing and the co op managment was incredible! No matter where you reside in any city these things happen.I have lived here many years and it's a shame that the biggest problem we as a Co-op experience is accepting people in that don't have respect for their environment both inside their apartments and outside area. This is a Co-Op. That means you are apart of a community. Sadly this over the years has become less and less. It would be wonderful to have anyone apply that gets that!Respect is all we ask for. Also this is a non violent community where harassment and discrimination is not acceptable!"

Great place to raise a family...

Not like you would think. Found them small for a family. Good starter homes though

Very quiet and clean buildings

Was interested in an apartment but after a close friend went threw a bedbug epidemic it changed my mind. They handled it very poorly. Extremely poorly.
