Tozer replaced our old furnace and A/C with a new heat pump.They arrived on time on the prearranged dates. From the time they arrived and laid down floor protection until the time they left they worked very efficiently as a team to remove and replace ourequipment. Extremely knowledegable and friendly, they were very detailed in their work right down to cleaning up and removal of all debris.Before they left they took the time to answer any questions and'explain the new system .From great support by the office staff, their salesman, and theon site skilled tradesmen I would highly recommend Tozer Heating & Air to anyone.

We received excellent service from Tozer Heating and Air. It began with Donald who gave us an honest review of our existing system and explained that we had a top of the line furnace - one that would interact well with a Carrier A/C unit. Donald sent us three options the same day and we made our choice.Kyle and Tyler, the technicians came promptly at 8:10 a.m. for the install. They were friendly and courteous, and took time to explain the process from thermostat to A/C unit location and installation process. Throughout the day I interacted with Tyler and Kyle and I must say that Tozer Heating is blessed to have such fine guys on staff. A well deserved 5 stars!

The customer service from Tozer from top to bottom is first rate. Their sales person Bill made extra efforts to ensure we got the features that we really wanted from our heat pump purchase. Their technicians were exceptionally courteous and professional. Brad kept me well informed on the entire installation process and was very patient in showing me the use of the manual control unit. Ron was also very professional and has a delightful sense of humor to boot. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them.

Kenn installed a gas line for my new barbecue and I am very pleased with the results. He took the time to explain to me details on the code regulations and took his time so the installation looked professional. I have used Tozer heating in the past and highly recommend there work

This review is for the second experience that we have had with Tozer in the past six months. Our opinion of this company remains positive in every regard. The Sales Department was responsive to our request and recognized our requirement. The equipment was installed promptly and in accordance with our timeline. The price was competitive and the equipment is rated highly in other reviews. Most importantly to us was the professional and personable nature of the installation team. Tyler and Kyle arrived punctually on the day; undertook their task readily and were responsive to our asks and considerate of those preferences. So, having completely new heating, cooling and air exchange systems in our home, I expect that we will have no further need to welcome Bill, Rob, Jeff, Tyler or Kyle across our portals. Pity, we enjoyed their company and are in admiration of their craftsmanship. Well done, Dave Tozer and gang.

Tozer was extremely responsive. I called yesterday, and then had a comfort specialist assess my situation first thing this morning, a quote within 45 min, a tech service call at noon, and a follow up scheduled by this afternoon. And all at a competitive rate. Bill and Kenn were great and answered all my questions, made practical suggestions, and very friendly. Love the small-town service with a smile!
