Scruffy To Fluffy

The ladies here have made the grooming experiences for my 2 huskies as smooth as possible! My dogs come home smelling and feeling fantastic! One of my dogs is blind and the other is anxious and they take great care of our babies. We highly recommend Ashley and the staff here!

DO NOT COME HERE TO GROOM YOUR DOG. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I brought my double coated dog in and they shaved him down to 1 inch of fur length. I never asked for this and was appalled when I picked him up. Any groomer should know that double coated dogs should never be shaved unless there are medical/health reasons for it. Not only did they shave him down, but even the shave was not even at all. There were many spots around his body that had tuffs of fur much short or longer than the rest. After speaking to my vet, they advised me to not come back to this salon as they don't seem to even know the basics of grooming double coated dogs. My vet also informed me that the lack of the double coat may lead him to overheat in the summer since the double-coated fur acts as insulation for both the cold (winter) and heat (summer). They also informed me that my dog's coat may take many months to a year to ever look normal again, so he will have body temperature regulation problems during the summer. Now I can only walk him in the early morning or evening when it is not too hot outside. Unfortunately, my dog will now have to miss out on many day activities for the summer. Not only did they remove the necessary fur needed to regulation his temperature, but they also made it so that this will be an issue for many months to come. Please do not come to this salon if you care about your pooch. I was left horrified and heartbroken for my beloved boy and wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same thing. This salon is not professional and does not know how to properly groom dogs.First photo is after his cut at Scruffy to Fluffy, second photo is how he looked before.

My dog Maggie is 2 years old and has been to many groomers (I have lived in 2 cities with her). She loves the groomers because she had a great one as a puppy - she left pretty big shoes to fill. Scruffy to Fluffy did just as great of a job as her first groomer. They didn’t crate her, they trimmed down her face very well, and they cleaned & plucked her ears phenomenally (which I asked for) - they were also able to get her nails pretty short, which is great.I would confidently say that this is the best groomer in the city.

Workers here aren’t very friendly and every time my dog comes here, she ends up getting folliculitis shortly after. I continued to bring my dog here because I thought it was still the same owners as Smoochie Poochies but it clearly isn’t because the people now don’t seem to even like dogs. Also, very expensive!!

Mylie and Sam absolutely love going to see Monica at Scruffy to Fluffy. They come out looking fabulous and always so happy! Plus they meet new fur friends when they are there :)

Love the groomers here, they were super friendly and nice. They gave my girl a well needed spa day and gave her cute bows and flower for her collar to match her leash! They did an amazing job and were very quick! If you haven't checked them out yet I recommend you stop by!

Scruffy to fluffy does an amazing job on our two fur babies. They always look so great when they leave there and they pay close attention especially to our one dog who has many sensitivities with his skin. 100% recommend them for dog grooming!!

Taylor is super gentle with my fur baby. He gets separation when I'm not around but with Taylor he's in great hands and always looks handsome after his grooming.
