This place is fine for old machinery but as for the newer updated machines best take them to a place who can fix them. I have an Janome embroidery machine.. and will now have to take it to a registered Janome dealer to have it fixed properly. Expensive oil job that i already did before dropping it off cost me 225.00...

Pfaff expression 3.2 taken for service, was charged 250dollars, for cleaning and 2 hours labour.Tried machine and didn’t stitch properly but had lots of oil in the bobbin casing and throat plate. Took it back for repair waited for days for the repair now it’s back with screws Iaying in the top. broken bobbin casing(no tension at all). Took it apart as best I could to see in the back and found all the lint that was supposed to have been removed. I find out these computerized machines are not to even have oil anywhere. Do not recommend this place to anyone and the star is as low as possible to rate otherwise there would be nothing

I have done business with him for over 20 years. He has always been incredibly informative, interesting and provides incredible services. He knows everything about sewing machines, needles etc. He is always fair and has good prices. I would recommend him to anyone. Old fashioned service and a person whom you can trust. A pleasure visiting his shop.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and has a great variety of sewing machines. If he doesn't have it in stock he can order one in. He's willing to take the time necessary to make sure you have the machine that suits your needs. He offers a great warranty and backs up everything he sells. Would recommend him to anyone looking to invest in a quality machine

Mike went out of his way to fix my Kenmore sewing machine quickly when he heard that both of my machines were not working properly. He had it ready for me the next day because he worked into the evening to get it repaired. That is good service for a fair price.

Brought my old Kenmore to another well known company in Hamilton and the guy fixed" it. It stopped working after using it 3 times. Brought it here to Mike and he found they had used a rubber tube to replace the belt!! He overhauled my machine

On the recommendation of a friend I took my machine to Mike to repair. He had it repaired the same day. Very knowledgeable when it comes to sewing machines. More than happy and would highly recommend taking your machine there for repairs.
