Quality Inn Sept-Îles

Great hotel, friendly staff especially the evening check in staff, decent hot breakfast that is tasty, clean room, perfect location and fair price. I'll definitely staff here next time I come this way.

Often fully booked reserve beforehand ... staff is warm and freindly. Knowing how to speak French is a bonus to travelers.

I stayed here solely for fast internet as advertised. I was here 1 year ago and I had full access to fast wifi using the ethernet port. Now they decide to change their policy and don’t allow anyone to the faster connection. I was on the phone with Intello (who they decided to hire for network stuff) just to be told I cannot have access to ethernet because of the hotel’s policy. Wifi is literally unusable for anything over 720p. I am in disbelief this newly built hotel decides to deactivate their fast internet. Please do not stay here if you want fast internet, clearly this is false advertising. Additionally staff at front desk is useless when I ask about stuff like this, wish I had known this prior.

Stayed here two weeks. Asked multiple times to have my room cleaned. See the photos i’ve attached. Hotel is in a dreadful state. Staff at front desk is either utterly useless or helpful. Better off burning your money.

Clean and nice hotel, however, no breakfast on weekends which wasn't mentioned in booking and reception wasn't that welcoming. Overall would stay again on a weekday.*** Edit: stayed again and despite filling out a paper for breakfast, the worker didn't show up to provide breakfast and no compensation was offered. Room wasn't very clean this time, will not stay here again for awhile. Also one light was blown.
