Excellent service! My young son had an eye emergency which needed an assessment and they were wonderful! They found the time to see him and the Doctor was so professional, kind and reassuring! Thanks so much to put a Moms heart at ease and instead of going to emergency they were much more equipped to assess an eye! The staff too were very helpful and top notch! So impressed! Thanks so much!❤

Great family owned businesses that cater to personalized needs. Had my sunglasses ordered on express timeline and had it delivered before the estimated time. Great prices on designer frames as well.

The staff were bright and friendly and up front with the costing and how to apply my benefits. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and I was really blown away by the friendly atmosphere. They have a wonderful selection of styles and options for glasses. I will be picking up my first pair of glasses ever in a week or two.

10 ⭐️ Highly recommend!! Friendly knowledgeable staff and great prices . They have tonnes of selection, designer and their own brand If your looking for new prescription glasses or sunglasses , this is the place to go . They do direct billing as well for an easy transaction.

Em Optical is amazing, and now that they are in Ladner I no longer have to travel to Richmond to get the incredible service and hands down best selection of glasses and sun glasses ever! Family run they really treat you great. Our family of 4 return every year for our optical exams and the newest and latest sunglasses on the market. Love how they work within our budget and how they make our little ones feel at ease when getting their eye exam. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you EM Optical for exceeding our expectations every single visit.
