They keep upping lot fees and reducing services. Our water was shut off several times in the past few months because they don't properly maintain it. I say hello to the management and only one will ever says it back; the others act like managing a trailer park makes them too important to be friendly.Having moved from a condo with full services and only $500 fees, this place seems exceedingly poorly managed, with most managers have too much ego to have sense.

We have lived in this community for about 10 years now, we actually really love the home that we purchased and enjoy our neighbors and the quiet area. We are always on time with our lot rent and really try to take care of and maintain the area where we rent.Through the years we have seen the management change over continuously. I am aware of the bad reviews, however I knew that in purchasing my home here that the reality is that due to the mobile home legislation, corporations that own the parks will always try to maximize profits out the parks as the opportunity is there, whether or not it’s honourable doesn’t matter as corporations only care about doing business. That being said this community has worked out okay for us, we have not been priced out yet.The disappointing part is lack of customer service and professionalism, human interaction is paramount, no one wants to feel uncomfortable where they live.Today something happened that has never happened in my years of living here. Two ladies (wearing Calgary village jackets) came and knocked on my door, when I opened it, one of them stated pointing her finger at me, “Are you (my name)?”, which I did confirm it was me, she then proceeded to remark that “a neighbor had told her that I had sold my home”. Neither of them introduced themselves or provided their name. This was the strangest encounter I’ve ever had living here. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I’m not entirely sure what their intentions were , they could have easily noted that our lot rent is still being paid on time and by us. I can’t think of anything that we may have done wrong. It is a shame that the overall culture of mobile home parks, leads to the tenants having less rights to being treated without professionalism, because its free, it doesn’t cost anything to show respect in simple human interaction, and it makes all the difference.

The worst place to live in. The lot rent is ridiculous and goes up every year. They don't care that a lot of seniors on fixed income are living there. The park isn't even maintained. When we checked my husband's credit report, they put a payment on it which wasn't even us that missed it. Weirdly enough it was a guy with the same name in the park that it was for but when I emailed them they agreed that it was another person with the same name but still hasn't done anything about it. They're not even worth the star I gave.

Annie couldn't even send me photos of the rental I was booked in to view, and promised to call me at 9am to confirm that the rental was even going to be avail. No call or email confirmation, and when I got there for my 10am appointment she said that rental was no longer avail. She then expected me to approve a credit check for a different trailer, also sight unseen.Complete waste of my time on an already short deadline for me to find a place. Would not recommend Calgary Village for that reason alone.Note to Annie. A cell phone photo or screenshot would have sufficed.

If I could give negative stars I would. When I first moved in I had soooooo many problems with my trailer and I am renting so it’s the Park responsibility to fix it. Catch is you can ever get ahold of them and there’s new management in the office every other week and non have any clue to what’s going on. My pipes were frozen for 18 days … 18 DAYS WE HAD NO WATER AND COULD NOT SHOWER OR COOK. Office doesn’t care.. then I threatened legal action they moved me into a different unit but made me sign a new lease ok this unit seemedBetter only that it’s INFESTED with mice. I’m a single mom working full time I have been trying to get ahold of the office for months as it’s actually a health concern at this point. Finally threatened legal action and management finally comes, they PROMISE to clean it and fix the issue .. guess what it’s been a week and I haven’t heard a single thing from them again. Don’t waste your time or money buying or renting here. This is absolutely disgusting. Shame on you guys for not caring about the humans that live here.

Last year I rented a new mobile house my experience is totally positive because the staff was really nice and the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the yard that works good for my family i will miss the scenery in the morning . The place is quiet and safe.

The water gets shut off probably every two months on avarage to the whole park its honestly ridiculous at this point. been here for years & it happens every year. Pad rent is also definitely over 1000$ monthly so you are paying as much as someone who just rents a unit even if you own your own home here. Word of advice stay away from this place.

Terrible place to live it's the most expensive Moble Park in north America & the lowest rated In Calgary. The owner are rude and disrespectful they only care about how much money you give them.Hopefully you have a pickup truck the speed bumps are so big they scrape the bottom of your car. The plumbing inside the park is so old and derelict they shut it off more times than you can count and it never gets fixed properly the water also tastes like old fish tank water. Stay far away from this place.

Do not buy or rent hereThe house I baught was condemned from mold and I didn’t know, causing major sick and loss of belongings, they put a new coat of paint and sold it. There were 4 floorings and 2 layers of wall where they have done this before. The staff are creeps and theives, you do not get notifications of rent hike, they take away services so that they can make you pay more, they shut off the water without notice (illegal). I have friends stuck here over a year and they wont let them sell their house because they want to buy it for less. Also had a friend evicted because the owners close Early and he couldn’t get rent paid in time due to that, so they evicted him. They also increased rent for everyone as a payment for the hall… we do not get free access or any of the promised activities, it was just a rent hike trap, like everything they do.
