I have been visiting Look Optometry for the past six years and have never had a single negative experience. The optometrists here are very friendly, helpful, and will listen to all your concerns. Front staff is kind and very professional as well.

First, I must say that this is one of the most beautiful optometry clinics I have stepped foot in! It's very modern, has all the up to date equipment, and is so peaceful. The staff are all efficient, effective, empathetic, professional and friendly. I had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Dhesi, she is all of the above and more; she’s caring, a great listener, knowledgeable, and was very informative throughout the exam. I also bought my prescription glasses from here as they have a great selection of frames, and the prices are reasonable too! I would highly recommend Dr. Dhesi and Look Optometry to anyone!

This was my first time visiting as the optometry is really close therefore convenient. The staff was really friendly,kind and accommodating. My experience was was truly easy and fast and I got the pair of glasses and contact lenses that were the right fit for me!

Dr. Bhullar was soo good, i am so happy that i went to their clinic. He explain everything to me and give me advice on how to take care of my eye. And also their front desk staff was so good too they really know their job and how to take care of patient/costumer, again i glad for their service. So satiafied, definitely recommend this clinic, Thank you Look Optometry.

I had the absolute best experience with my appointment at Look Optometry + Eyewear. They have the kindest staff and optometrists. I always experience the best customer service when I visit this place. I would definitely recommend them for all your eyewear needs!

The Optometrist is very nice and helpful,But you really need to do something about your front desk! Multiple times I was told they will check on whatever and get back to me,guess what? My call wasn’t returned even onceI was expecting my glasses in 5-10 days and 12 BUSINESS days later no calls,I called on day 7 bd to follow up,they said will contact the factory and get back to me and again nobody did. I called the office again they put me on hold for 10 minutes I called again the other person says the person was with you on the line is helping a customer! Why would you put me on hold,telling me you will look into it and go to another customer? I’m so so upset,after paying over $600 this is how I was treated. Will never ever go here again!!!

Best optometrist in Surrey ! They have such an easy process to book appointments online. Dr Saggu was so knowledgeable and suggested treatments for my dry eyes . As well as the staff they were so friendly and I felt very welcomed. They will be my new eye doctors from now onwards and will recommend to anyone who is looking for new glasses or just to get their eye exams done .
