I have done therapy before but never consistently. I always got irritated with issues like billing or scheduling or having to call a clinic several times and getting their voicemail and noone ever getting back to me. Such issues always negatively impacted my experience and i would give up. BeWell asked me to write a review but i wanted to wait a few months to write on. I started seeing Daniella at the clarkson location in July of 2022. The clinic staff have always been proactive and i have never struggled to get a hold of someone. Daniella is kind and considerate and i have been able to work on various issues that i know i needed to work on which has helped tremendously with my personal and professional life. I am happy with the clinic and their services and will continue to see Daniella.

They’re able to book appointments very quickly when i need to talk to my therapist quickly. And my therapist is amazing at validating my feelings and experiences.

I highly recommend my therapist Nishith Pandya for anyone who is seeking help. Nishith has been a great therapist for me at the time that I need help. He helped me make sense of my present and past troubles and provided the tools necessary to move forward.

I started seeing Dr Jack at the Clarkson location for the adhd program. All other clinics i contacted were only offering virtual assessments and given my challenges with ADHD virtual doesnt work for me. Dr Jack has been very thorough. I was able to complete the program in less than 6 weeks. Then I saw their Psychiatrist Dr Sam, who was an extension of the kindness and thoroughness that i experienced with others. He has been seeing me for follow ups also - the first med we tried had some side effects so he worked with me to find something that worked. I had an issue with a prescription being called in late once which did exacerbate my anxiety but the admin team was vry apologetic and said they fixed some processes to make sure it doesnt happen again. Living with mental health issues isnt easy, running mental health clinics isnt easy either - the team here really goes out of their way. I strongly recommend them

I came across Bewell clinic while driving by. I went to check on their services, was made feel very welcome offered a beverage. I booked a free consult with Corine and have now booked my first real appointment. This clinic is a great addition to the Clarkson community.

I brought my daughter in for art therapy. Have had a hard time finding a clinic in Mississauga offering art therapy in person. Covid has been tough for her and as an art lover I am hopeful that this will be a value form of therapy for her to deal with anxiety that has impacted her for the last 2 years. I have not seen a clinic this nice. I waited in the waiting room while she had her session. Lots of plants and nice atmosphere. Staff seem very genuine. Really happy to have a mental health clinic in south Mississauga. Only caveat (for me anyway), they don’t accept Amex. I do get it the fees for Amex are high but also feel that if you are a business you should accept all credit cards.

I am enrolled in their ADHD program. Although I have not fully completed the program I have been impressed so far with their process and responsiveness. I had a consultation call with Haley who went through the whole program and asked me questions to see if I would be a fit and then scheduled me with a Psychologist. It’s not cheap but I have been suffering for years and was happy to get help close to home.

Had my first visit at this newly opened clinic. Stellar experience start to finish. Booked a telephone call with Haley who matched me with a therapist. I saw the therapist today and we will be doing weekly sessions. They have created a beautiful space that doesn't feel like a clinic.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Lorena at the Clarkson location and I have to say that my experience was fantastic from start to finish. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, to my ongoing sessions, the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. During my initial appointment, Lorena took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. She was compassionate, non-judgmental, and provided me with a clear understanding of how we could work together to address my mental health needs. Throughout our sessions, I felt comfortable and at ease with her. She had a way of asking the right questions and providing me with the support and guidance I needed to make progress. I always felt heard and respected and appreciated her insight and expertise.Additionally, the clinic's administrative staff were always friendly and helpful. They promptly answered my calls and emails, and were able to accommodate my scheduling needs.Overall, my experience was top notch. I am wrapping up my therapy ( benefits ended) but I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate, professional, and effective.

I am happy to be starting with BeWell Clinic. I have been looking for a place for a while where i can do therapy and also get medicinies, as i have a condition that needs medical monitoring. I will also try a massage in the near future. Their services are great!
