Don't even bother. I would give them minus stars if I could. Last time I went there, my eyes were itching extremely badly. When I told them that's why I came and had no intention of changing my glasses- I paid- saw the ophthalmologist for less than 5 min to tell me that nothing was wrong. In the end, I beg a pharmacist, and he told me it was a BASIC case of seasonal conjunctivitis. They just want you to do business with them, if you have any health issue, don't bother.

Mauvais service à la clientèle surtout de la part du monsieur qui prend la photo pour l'examen et de la part de l'opticien. J'aurais donné un 0 si je pouvais..Ma fille est sortie de l'examen de vue qui a duré 1h30 avec un résultat de 1.75 à l'oeil gauche et devrait porté des lunettes toujours, l'opticien ne partage pas l'info, on doit demander plein de question pour savoir ce qui se passe.Après avoir reçu ce service j'ai amené ma fille chez un autre opticien et finalement n'a pas besoin des lunettes et le resultat est 0.25.Service nul surtout pour les enfants, ma fille a frappé son visage par le comptoir et a commencé a pleuré, aucune reaction des agents qui travaillent à cet endroit!

Quel mauvais service à la clientèle. Je demandes des lunettes de travail avec ma prescription pour ma vue de proche et je me fais répondre, après avoir renvoyer mes lunette 2 fois car le produit reçu n'était ce que j'avais demandé, que ce que je demande ça ne se fait pas car je porte des verres de contact et les 2 ensembles c'est impossible.Mauvaise nouvelles pour vous cher FARHAT, une amie a moi travail à l'université de Montréal dans le département d'optométrie et me certifie que oui ça se fait et elle aussi travail dans le domaine depuis 20 ans. Donc quand je me fais dire des Balivernes je trouve ça inacceptable comme service à la clientèle.

Refuse de donner des informations sur ta prescription, ZERO service à la clientele quand on achète pas dans leur lunetterie.. JE NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS!!

WoW, first time here and last time ever! I had booked an appointment the week before, I had asked to be rescheduled and they told me it’s all good..to come in next week at 1pm. A week later, I come in to find out that I wasn’t even booked in their agenda (they don’t even have a software for that)! Plus, luckily it wasn’t too busy and they took me in anyways. The guy who was doing the pretest on my vision, didn’t even sanitize the equipments for me! Just first rule of basic hygiene! Very disappointed! That’s not all. I had to ask him to sanitize the whole thing for me and even the eye patch that I had to wear for the pretest..wasn’t even sanitized! Eww!! Then it was time for the real eye exam..the optometrist didn’t ask me enough details about my eye history..it was simple and short..I had to insist to inform him about my current situation. This place is like a nightmare!! If I could rate it at -5 stars I would!! DONT COME HERE..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
