Nail Trix

By far one of the worst nail experiences I have had and I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 10 years. I’ve never had such rushed service. The shape was supposed to be coffin but she cut them horribly so I had to get her to make them oval. My cuticles got cut horribly. She even made one bleed. When I originally started I expressed I didn’t want shellac but she just kept pushing to get shellac so I got it to just get it over with but this set was definitely not worth 55$ plus tax. She didn’t even get me to wash my hands before putting the colour on. Put lotion on my hands while there was still dead skin. I didn’t even want this colour she was supposed to use a different blue and only make my ring fingers sparkly. 0/10. Never go here unless you wanna be very unhappy. Extremely overpriced for horrible art. She even cracked my knuckle she was being so rough.

I bring my friend with me . She’s a new mother after long time she did her menu- pedicure.Staff was awesome, my friend come refreshed.I definitely recommend this place.

The lady who did my nails had to redo them 4 times before she could successfully paint them and ask for assistance from another staff member and even then I went home and had to fix them myself which was a simple Gel manicure which anyone can do… I left with nail polish all over my hands to the point another staff noticed and filed it off my skin. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever…

I always receive top notch service here. The spa pedicure is the way to go. A nice way to feel pampered and fresh for a reasonable price. They don’t skimp out on the massage either (like some places). Have returned many times and have never been disappointed.

I have been going to Tiffany for many years now and thought it was probably time to let everyone know. I always book ahead, but you can do walk ins. I added pics of my Christmas nails this year - I took pictures of her great work from my last 2 visits. It’s, this is all free hand - no stickers. It doesn’t get any better folks - great location, safe store and great work. Thanks Tiffany for all you do. PS. I don’t ever have plain nails, designs can get very intricate or sometimes more simple.

I most often see Miss May, but a couple other ladies have done em to... I love this place... my hands are on an angle and they always match my nails to compensate for the crazy lean in my fingers.I love the selection of colors and types of nails

I usually never write bad reviews and I just live with what I got but omg, this was terrible. Nails are crooked, gems are extremely crooked, she didn’t even bother to wipe off residue before she was going to do the top coat, I had to tell her all her mistakes and to be honest I should’ve just done my nails myself. There’s bubbling that she didn’t bother to fix and blobs of gel under my nails still. The paint is splotchy, she rubbed my cuticles many times with the drill, the paint is pooled into my cuticles as well. I also asked for a simple design but ended up choosing something completely different because she couldn’t do a simple star. Anyways, never betraying my original nail tech ever again.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ACRYLIC NAILSI came here to get almond shaped, acrylic - french tips.I am extremely disappointed with how they turned out, they look horrendous!To start off, the nails were not done correctly! She started off by glueing white nail tips to my nails with KIDS nail glue. While she was glueing the nail tips half of one popped off. When I tried to explain this to her she told me it would be fine.I had repeatedly asked her to fix the shape of multiple Nails as they were all curved at different angles. After that she proceeds to put a PURPLE Acrylic powder on my nails. Once my nails have cured in the light she puts on a Top coat and tells me they are done.At this point I am in absolute shock at how bad they look. The “french tip” is the White nail tip. Not to mention the fact that the acrylic is full of air bubbles. The top of my nails are not smooth as they should be but have multiple air bubbles that have risen to the top. My nails have a purple/lavender tint to them and are extremely thick.I'm also disappointed in the amount of attitude I received from the lady doing my nails. Every time I asked her a simple question or asked her to fix something she was very happy and impatient with me. She was very harsh in the way she held my hand and twisted my fingers and very painful positions.I now have multiple gashes on the skin around my nails from the one tool she was using. After I asked her Not to use what I'm guessing was cuticle oil because I have sensitive skin and don't know what's in the product she still precedes to put it on and I am now having a Breakout all over my hands because of it.The place looks great but with the quality of the service I don't know how they're still open. The service I received was horrendous and I will never be coming back. I will also be calling the salon to complain.

Great service from highly skilled staff. Friendly folks and excellent prices. Wife and I love the service and will be loyal customers for all our nail needs.

I had the new member of the nail tech team put one a full set of nails for me and she did amazing! She took her time and made sure my nails looked amazing and perfect!
