2 day shipping is a lie! My last order took 10 days! Terrible customer service! Save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else.I figured maybe this was a one off and just bad luck so I made another order, but this time I called to follow up. The man on the phone claimed its not a lie because it does ship in 2 days once the order is filled. When I pointed out that on other sites like Amazon, 2 day shipping means it's at your door in 2 days, he said they didn't make that claim, just that the shipping takes 2 days once the order is filled and couldn't tell me how long it would take to fill the order because they didn't have some of the items in stock. I asked if they could send me what they had right away and send the rest when they get it and told me they wouldn't do that.Then when I pointed out that I may need to cancel my order to get my vitamins somewhere else sooner, he told me they would keep 20% of the cost! Then when I said I would have to reconsider ordering from them again he angrily told me to have a good day and enjoy buying lots of things on Amazon and hung up.I order vitamins and supplements to treat a chronic illness, being without for unknown amounts of time is not good for my health. It's like your pharmacist telling you they can fill your prescription and then telling you their out-of stock and need to wait an unknown amount of time after you've paid for it with no refund so you can get it somewhere else.It's simple, don't make promises you're not going to keep. Don't make misleading statements to get people to order and leave them hanging.

There aren't any other pharmacies like this in Canada. They carry hard to find supplements and are very professional and provide quick service. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Got what I wanted but when I asked the worker if she knew about the benefits of a vitamin related to my order. she told me: Stop talking

I too would urge caution when placing on-line orders with this vendor. Apparently the items I ordered were out of stock yet my credit card was charged immediately. There were no shipping updates sent to me so I had to call the vendor to confirm my order status. That is when I was told there would be a delay with no expected timeline offered to me. I agreed to wait a bit longer, but still there were no updates provided by the vendor. It took two separate emails from me advising them I didn't want to wait any longer for the items, to cancel my order, and issue a full refund. Nearly a month after ordering, I think they have finally refunded my credit card --but advised it would take 3-4 days to show up in my account.

I'm not going to lie, I didn't want to believe the reviews, but I ordered toddler formula October 18 and still have yet to receive it. I called and they told me they didn't have it in stock to fulfill the full order. I emailed back to ask why they couldn't partially send what they have and did not receive a response. Still waiting...

The most incompetent, deceptive company who make numerous false promises and do not take accountability for their actions. My order was placed 11 days ago and they did not tell me this was delayed , instead they say it will arrive any day now then the manager tells me it will not arrive for months and says he doesnt have time for me. Instead of being apologetic , he was rude, stuck up and refused to help me. Dont buy from La Parapharmice

The store itself has a great selection.They didn't have one supplement I wanted in stock. They spent a good amount of time looking for it in the aisles for me.Afterwards, they promptly ordered some for me made and reserved it to my name. Their estimate was on point and a couple of days later I got a call to pick it up.I don't know about asking for advice, but if you know what you are looking for this place is great and professional.

Beware buying from this place, very deceiving and untrustworthy . I made an order with them online which said would take 2-3 business days to arrive and of course it ended up delayed without them warning me; I had to reach out to them to find out myself. After a few days I finally decided to cancel because I managed to find all the products at Nature2000 for pretty much the same price and without having to order first. When I asked to cancel they completely ghosted me. Sent multiple emails and called multiple times with no answer. Finally my husband managed to reach out to them after a whole week and they said the would refund me. They did refund but charged me extra than the statement I had. When brought to their attention with the proof on my credit card statement, they refused to refund it and blamed my credit card company for charging more. Of course when I called my cc company they said that was fraudulent and they never charge extra. Be cautious, if you see below in all their replies to their bad reviews, they are very defensive with no accountability or apologies. Terrible service. Nature2000 have all the same supplements, same price and all in store, I would truly recommend going there instead.Edit: The 20% discount they mention was only offered after I got utterly frustrated with them with so much waste of my time and them giving me absolutely no solution. Please do better with your services and stop blaming customers for your poor service. This could of easily been preventable. I have never left a bad review, if I was offered 20% to start I wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time for the cost you never offered to help with. TD bank did investigate it and confirmed that it was YOUR company that overcharged.

I placed an order on line on June 7th, I received a confirmation email for my order, I didn’t hear from them since that. A week passed by and no other news from them,no answer the phone call. I placed the order first to help local business,second because I thought was faster then Amazon,instead Amazon is faster,I place an order June 10th on Amazon and today,June 13th I received it.I really needed the products!!
