Corinne Cook in the west BMO is the rudest personal Banker I have ever come across, since I have been a customer of BMO for 10 years now. She was extremely Racist and cold-hearted. I will never go back there again. That woman should be working with animals, not human beings.

Came into office needing to speak with someone about a loan account and they have 0 people in this branch that were available to help me with this. No managers and no one qualified to help me with this.Also the lady at the front desk had quite the attitude problem.

had to come here for a mortgage after we got screwed over by a broker at dominion lending - jim black - lethbirdge. we normally dont like the big banks but had no choice. they gave us decent service and the rate was the same as the broker had offered us anyways. At least they didnt lie to us and cost us money like dominion lending did.
