Called to inquire about setting up some speakers and spoke with the owner,Rob.He took his time to help with my questions and also suggested me the best case scenario that also saved me a ton of money. Brief interaction on phonebut shows that they seem to care about customers and not just money.

So I decided to go on a limb here, and go with an professional audio install company for my minimal home-theater setup at my condo/apartment.I'm not quite an audiophile, but had some knowledge of how things operate and work, and didn't want to do the setup & install, wiring myself.I wanted something sleek and aesthetically pleasing.I went with a custom Traid soundbar, SVS sub and Marantz NR1710 receiver.The sales guy (Shaun) was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable.The install guys were friendly and professional, however I had to do the cable management and cleanup, because the way they left it was ugly.I got this system installed in June, and thought I'd give it a few months before I put a review through, in order to test the sound more.I payed well over $4000 for this system.And needless to say I'm not entirely happy with my sound system.One could do better with the new Sonos ARC or Bose soundbar from a brick-&-mortar store.Not matter what I do via the audyssey setup or manual setups, the soundbar just sounds canned" and doesn't fill the room much unless you crank up the volume (not ideal).Needless to say
