WAS IT EASY FOR ME TO SELL 50 YEARS OLD HOUSE IN NEW MARKET WITH TENANTS?It was easy and was exciting with Elena Gordon.Elena Gordon IS PROFESSIONAL, HARDWORKING, INTELLIGENT, ALWAYS THERE FOR HELP AND SUPPORT!1. Lena notified tenants on 2 separate floors that we selling the house. They should be patient for ONE WEEK with visitors and cleaning. As bonus she offered (with my permission) one month of free rent.2. The timing: last week of November. I had concerns: middle of school year, dark, Christmas season, bad weather. Lena was positive: no other offers on market in the area should be great bonus.3. The bid for buyers: Lena outperformed ALL MY EXPECTATIONS and sold by the best price possible having just two interested buyers.4. Tenants to move out: tenants had two months to move out. Lena was there for following up. She offered rental listing, was there with a lot of bins for waste collections.5. Fixing and renovation: the house is 40-50 years old and by conditional sale we should figure out a big list of requirements: nets on windows, cracks on the floor, painting, etc. We had two weeks before closing. Lena found contractors, ordered garbage bin, cleaning lady, you name it, found lawyer for me to sign all the papers. For all this period I was in Newmarket just once: time of sale to listed buyers.Do I have any other property to sell? I would love to and not afraid any more.
