I went here recently and was blown away by the customer service from one of the employees, specifically Asma. Asma went way beyond her way to help me search for pajamas and panties according to my liking. Highly recommend this place!

Disappointed. Went into the store for the deals which are amazing 10 undies for $16. Thats fantastic but they have xs and small in all the same drawers and im not an xs. Im a small so its a waste of time to sort through it all. It would be so easy to make one whole layer of drawer xs, next layer small, next layer medium, next large and next extra large. It doesnt need to be folded but just needs to be organized. People wont put different sizes in different areas if they are organized properly. If you want your customer to buy things make it easier for them not harder. I went to the cash and said this and the girl there was gonna help me but really the help would just be to organize it so its not frustrating for your customers. I dont need help picking out undies. Let me know when its organized. I would love to come back, spend money there and pick them up quickly. Also saw a couple other things i liked but was so frustrated by this point wasting my time i didnt spend any money.

I bought a bathing suit bottom here to take home and try on, as I don’t feel comfortable trying on in the store. I was told that refunds and exchanges are allowed with a receipt. I took it home for 1 night, didn’t try it on, changed my mind and decided to return it the very next day. With tags on it, the hygiene strip still intact. Literally did not put on the bottom even once. I was told when trying to return today that due to hygienic reasons, all bottoms are final sale.While I can appreciate this policy, because of the safety issues around it, it’s very upsetting that I wasn’t told this at the time of purchasing. Furthermore, they tell me in store the policy is written at the back of the receipt- which one would only be made aware of at the time of AFTER already purchasing. They made zero exceptions and did not offer any solutions. I have bought many bathing suits from La Vie En Rose and have always recommended their bathing suits. But I will no longer shop there after this experience, as I am now stuck with a product that I purchased at regular price and couldn’t even exchange (less than 24hrs later). Please train your staff properly and make sure they give correct info on returns/exchanges when a customer is making a purchase.

The staff here are wonderfully helpful . Great Deals always! Lots of selection. I would say that the sale section of store is a little crowded and hard to move around in but otherwise 5 stars.

Tatiksha is a profitable employee for a company. Her customer service is excellent.

Worst customer service experience I could come across. The workers on the floor did not care if somebody needed assistance unless you go look for them. In addition to this, they had wrong clothes in the wrong stands and when asked to honor the same discount they declined even though it was their own mistake. I love the product and would want to go back but this experience is making me think!

Worst customer service ever!When you enter the store feels like no one cares about the customer, no one offered to provide a shopping bag or make a fitting room ready when you have a pile on your hand.They are open until 7 pm on Thursday’s, but it’s so ridiculous that they closed fitting room at 6:25! I asked them for permission to try one piece as I went there from a long distance area but they refused just because they seemed tired.So Disappointed and I’ll never go back there again

I went to this store today and everything thing was fine until the check out. The line was moving slowly and wait for about 10 minutes, right before it's my turn, store staff took a client jump in. And didn't explain why, and I do feel like this is a good thing. When it's my turn, I asked if they have a separate line for customers service and return? They said this is a small store and They do not have one. However, They still didn't explain why the other person is served before me. Untill the other person said she was in the line and then the receipt has some issues. That was a acceptable reason.Store manager should inform customer what's the reason some one is served without line up...not for the customer to pick up an argument. This is a unpleasant experience.

The customer service here was awful. I walked through the door to all the employees standing in a semi-circle at the door so they all were staring at me as I entered. One said hello and I proceeded through to the store. Not 1 of the 4 ladies standing at the door asked if I knew what I was looking for or if I needed help. I was browsing for what I knew I needed for 10-15 minutes before heading to the change room with my items. As I entered the change room the music was turned off. I checked my watch trying to be mindful of my timing as it was within an hour of closing. It was 5:34 and the store closes at 6:00. Not one person passing through to the back room asked if I was doing alright, just frantically trying on my items to get out. I’m thankful I knew what I wanted and roughly what size I needed. Such an unwelcoming and anxious experience.

I walked in and got greeted right away from a worker. There are always good deals when I come in, and the place is always neat. At the register, there were two workers (one seemed like a manager), they both were making conversation and telling us about their deals and when their selection in the store gets changed which I found interesting to know when to come by again for new items. As I walked out, another worker greeted us out.
