The staff is very polite and well spoken. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service as I didn't had to wait for long time but still the food was fresh and delicious.Would definitely recommend more and more people to pay a visit.

First time I go to this KFC Friday night picked up a six-piece bucket fries and coleslaw for 29.95. got three chicken thighs, one drumstick which was the size of my pinky finger and one wing that didn't have the drumette part. I can't even tell you what the other piece was. Very dissatisfied. Plus I waited 25 minutes. Actually the chicken had basically no taste so not sure what happened to those 11 herbs and spices. The chicken seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. Now I don't know what happened, if I was just the unlucky one or if this is the way they make chicken. I was really looking forward to this new KFC so I MIGHT give it one more chance.

Eaten there three times so far. Twice they got my order wrong. Both times it was that they missed the bacon and cheese inside the chicken sandwich which I didn't notice until I got home. I'm going to be charitable and assume it was an error.All three times took more than ten minutes to get food which isn't terrible but it feels like eternity compared to any other fast food place.The staff are polite and friendly and the food is fine for a KFC. It's just that it takes a while to get it and you shouldn't leave without checking closely. Still it's nice to have a KFC on the north shore.

Really disappointed. The regular chicken isn't the same at all. And it's spicier so my kid doesn't like it now. Some chicken pieces have bones and some don't and the skin is completely different and just tastes weird. Same with their potatoe salad. Paid over 50 bucks for nothing. I love the one up the hill but this one nope never going back :(

Chicken was dry and hard to chew, same with the biscuit. For such a busy place & long wait, you think the place would be super fresh - but it tasted as if it has been sitting in a warmer for hours.I will stick to Mary browns or Popeyes.

Just order from the App, totally wrong food. Not even my name on the bag. I call in and get attitude as I’m passed employee to employee. They tell me my food should be warm by the time the delivery guys gets back to my house. Three times I’ve order on the north shore and every time they short me chicken or screw up my order. Have to cut my loss and not go back.

My chicken was under cooked and the cook said it was because of something. Pink chicken like come on. I forget what he said but I went there twice and disappointed. The one up the hill is great but this one needs real cooks and staff. Never again just Sahali one is great. Just bad staff and cooks

Chicken was dry and cold. Ive been twice and both meals tasted like the chicken sat under a warmer for the last 3 hours, and they are always out of gravy.Parking is atrocious
