I recently had my bank that I had belonged to for 40 years amalgamate with G&F. The Abbotsford Branch was close to my house. I was so pleased to find that it was a small bank and very friendly. I had no wait, and lovely service. They went above and beyond for me and I am so happy that I have that personalized, small bank experience here again. With great, knowledgeable results.

I walked in today to get a roll of loonies and quarters, which I have done here several times in the past. Today I'm told I can't because I'm not a member.Disabled, with limited walking abilities and no transportation, I go here because it is a block away. I'll never become a member here now.Too difficult for you to help a member of this community for nearly 60 years with such a simple, basic task?Helpful? Not at all. Cooperative? Not even close.

I had a 1:00 appointment today. While I stood in line a couple at the counter wanted assistance. The bank employee assuming their wealth discriminated against me and gave them my appointment spot. I was told to sit and wait. If I didnt ask for help from someone else the preferred people had MY appointment and I would have waited 1/2 hour more. Boo to bank employee's discrimination!
