If you want to pay luxury prices for luxury thrift then go ahead. It’s really over priced for no reason. I was checking out the Yeezys and they were putting almost full priced Yeezys (don’t know where the box is) that were very worn. Like they were rubbing off the logos in the soles, there’s streaking on the sole from gunk and socks from wears. Again close to full price for this. That is insane.

Very unprofessional staff, I had a very bad experience with them, and I m wondering how they work in this position with customers. They don’t seem that they had trained for this position and don’t recommend this place. The girl working in the front was so unprofessional. I was talking to her and she started looking at her colleagues and Ignoring me. I called them about my Gucci Bag and they asked me to come and I will get my cash on the same day. I agreed, and when I went back to the next day, after a long waiting time they offered me a lower amount I was talking to the girl in the front, but she ignored me. They accomplished not even respect that I came from a long distance and spent money (Gas ). Worst store service.

Terrible experience, they stole from me. I dropped off my $1500 sunglasses for them to sell. I filled out paperwork. They never even attempted to sell my item. When I called and personally went in to inquire about my item and to get it back since they were not making an effort to sell them, they were rude, brushed me off and essentially said they don’t have them. They basically stole my sunglasses from me, never got them back and never heard from them again. DO NOT drop off your things to sell here.

Great little boutique for designer finds. I purchased a designer bag in brand new condition. I viewed the item on the website and purchased it at the boutique. It was exactly (if not better) as described/depicted.The staff member was incredible. Very helpful and respectful. I recommend this boutique and will definitely shop here again. There were several people shopping and purchasing.

Sketchy pawnshop, no more no less. Will accept stolen items then refuse to cooperate with police/investigators once those the stolen goods are located in their shop. Others have left similar reviews, I don't recommend doing business with people who blatantly enable thieves to pawn off stolen goods.

I bought a Caroline Constas shirt for $150 only to find there was a hole on the arm when I got home. Then I saw the exact same item with tags on sale at the RealReal for half the price. I feel ripped off. Would not go again. Plus I saw there were quite a few fake Burberry jackets. Buyers beware.

I had not so positive consignment experience at this store that started off well but unfortunately ended on a negative note.The store had a great selection of gently used clothing and accessories, and the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me with my consignment items. I was impressed with how organized and clean the store was, and I felt confident that my items would be well taken care of.However, when a big number of my items were not sold, I tried to get them back. I’ve visited store many times, was given promises that items will be collected and I will receive a call to pick them up. The call of course never came and I had to repeat this unpleasant experience over and over. Finally one of the salesperson took an ownership of this issue and I got some of my items back but far from all. I am very thankful to Caitlin for helping me.Furthermore, I never received payment for the last items that did sell, which was also a major letdown. Despite my attempts to reach out to the store and resolve the issue, I never received a satisfactory response.So if you want to buy a gently used designer items, it’s a great place to shop. However if you are willing to give your things away for free, look at charities that accept donations. It will probably do more good.

There are some fake stuff in the shop, be aware when you're shopping here. There's definitely something legit but just be cautious of those big brand items.
