They sold a stair lift to my mother who passed away before it was ever used. They instantly refused to take back the unused lift or even consider a partial refund. I would never consider doing business with people who take money from the most vulnerable and refuse any kind of return or refund for unused equipment after the sale.

Best customer service I've received in a very long time. I ordered new ostomy supplies and they were in within the week. The associate who helped me was helpful, prompt, positive and efficient. I highly recommend Fisher's for anyone who orders ostomy supplies.
