Had an EVSE installed, with a 10 meter wiring run from the panel to the station. Mike, their electrician was excellent. Friendly, happy and professional. The work was done and the wiring was neat and tidy. Quite happy with the installation portion.The unprofessional part was one of his co-workers arriving to pick up some hardware from Mike, slowing down the work, and leaning on my glass window while he was chatting/distracting Mike. Thankfully nothing broken despite the cracking sounds.Now the billing...it took their billing dept 3 months to send the invoice for the job over, and there was a billing error. It took a couple weeks, but their manager did reach out and corrected the issue. It's obvious they are swamped and are struggling to keep up.Overall an ok experience. They know what they're doing electrical wise and the job was done right despite a few hiccups.

They don’t call you back. Spoke to electrician who came out to house regarding service upgrade. Called me back in the evening saying that their supervisor/manager who deals with service upgrades said it shouldn’t be too much of an issue to do overhead upgrade but will confirm. Called electrician back 2 days later for an update but he basically told me to be patient. Never got a call back. Service upgrade completed with another company within 2 weeks. Seems like a big company with a lot of workers but communication between their electricians and management needs to improve.Edit: Shortly after this review I got a call from management to apologize and offered me some additional services. Review updated from 1 to 3 stars.

Very Happy with the customer service.I started by calling around asking for quotes to put a EV charger inside my townhome. After calling around and getting some quotes, even having one company come in and do a quote on site, I chose this company.First off, Scott, came to my house and gave me the time of day, answered all my questions, explained the whole process, and gave a very accurate price quote.Scott walked me through the whole process, including the bc hydro rebate.Ran into a snag after installation where the device they installed did not work 100% as intended. But Scott returned my calls right away and worked with my schedule and did creative problem solving to have it fixed right away.Very happy with the end product. Scott and the team are great and the customer service was fantastic.

Frank came out today and solved an electrical issue thats been giving me major grief. He went above and beyond to explain the issue to me so I understood why it was happening and how he fixed it. So thankful for your help Frank!

We are grateful that we used Power Pros Electrical.Their electricians were very professional and competent, and the company provides excellent customer service. Integrity can be hard to find but not with this company. We will use Power Pros in the future.
