I placed an order online with them last week for some Sole Guard and I'm impressed with the service. It shipped within the specified processing time, and arrived within two business days after that. Shipping was reasonably priced, as is the sole guard itself considering how much is in the bottle, and how little you need to apply. I was also impressed with how carefully the box was packed, as there's always some concern when something is in a glass bottle.I would definitely recommend them as the supplier of your shoe care needs.

Well package and product arrive on time. The price is a bit on a higher end but great quality. I have polish my shoes for more than 30 years and by far those are the best products I have ever used. Highly recommended.

Really great experience at Brillare with Tom. Very knowledgeable around leather care and the Saphir products he recommended did a perfect job on fixing the scratches and scuffs on my leather bag. The consignment side of the business also has some great mens attire. I’ll definitely be back in the near future.
