I ordered black milk tea, there is no tea taste at all, like adding a lot of water. Totally different from what I drink in Hong Kong and Taiwan, not worth recommending.

Honestly, the most terrible management I have ever seen. The most terrible customer service as well. People only come here because it’s located inside T&T, where people shop for groceries. It’s also inexpensive, but places like Crepe Cafe are more worth your money and time. It can be seen that they only care about the money they make, which is reasonable but they never seem to fix the mistakes that they make. For example, forgetting to add toppings, taking wrong orders, and always rushing customers. The manager can be seen yelling at employees, and arguing with customers. When I was behind someone in line, the employee was being yelled at, and the person in front of me had to say “take your time, she’s learning, I don’t think you should yell.” Absolutely outrageous. No employee or customer deserves to be treated like that by a mediocre business owner. Seriously, avoid this place. They don’t care about the people who support their business.

Picked up boba on my way out of T&T. Got brown sugar milk tea, and it was pretty good! Not the best I’ve ever had, but still really good. The gentleman that made it for me was very polite.

Ten Ren’s has been around since I was a child. It’s been run by the same amazing family for so many years and they have had such amazing bubble tea! My favourite is the mixed jelly <3

Do not get the pearls here, they have a very poor texture. The drinks are sub-par, the fruit tea drinks have little to no tea flavour. The staff however are delightful every single time I come. Worth to try once.

The staff here are friendly and work fast. The bubble tea is so good always. I like coming here after shopping. They make me cherry banana milk slush even it's not on the menu and taste so good always. Very nice and will keep coming back :)

The manager there is very disrespectful, the level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Most customers are not happy with the manager because she is seen being rude to the customers and the employees. As a customer, when I ordered a drink the manager/store owner was preparing the drink for me, he was arrogant and rushing me with my order. It seemed as he didn’t want to serve me at all. His facial expression said it all. Overall I think that the service of the shop should be reestablished with different attitudes, a manager should be professional, never rude.Last time I went there I noticed a new employee, she's very kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable when ordering, no pressure upon me. By having more of these employees it is an improvement on the stores attitude.

If you're shopping for tea leaves to brew your own cup, definitely avoid this place. I bought a packet of Long Jing green tea at the price of $40 /100g. To my great disappointment, the quality was worse than the Long Jing green tea I bought at T&T supermarket for $13 /100g. What a rip-off!

Lmao there's no way these people are writing their own reviews. They are a local Asian Canadian, Calgary mom & pops shop. They give very great service and actually care about your day if you are willing to talk.Also they have amazing bubble tea, I get raspberry lychee slushie everytime and it's perfect even when I refreeze it.I recommend their milk tea slushies on hot summer days,Help out your local mom & pops stores during covid!!!
