Awesome store in Macarthur Glen. Their customer service Lilian was extra helpful and assisted us in finding great gifts for Christmas. She was also patient when we tried changing one of our watches. Highly recommended and you will surely find a great deal!

Hour Passion
Some staff in this store cheated when they wanted a customer buy something. They don't tell you there is no refund when you buy sth. with discount 50%. When I found the watch has design problem and the watchband is easy to be broken in about two weeks, they said no refund. Importantly, there is not any sign telling you no refund policy in the store.So pay attention to your receipt, maybe they print sth. like no refund on it.

Amazing staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I bought a Tissot watch listed for over $1,200. Tissot website lists the same watch for under $1,000. The item was on sale for 30% off so I ended up saving almost $100 compared to the website price. Just be aware of the pricing especially if they're not on sale.

Very, very pleased with the customer attention I received from everyone while searching for and purchasing a Tissot watch. Great selection and great spectrum of pricing. I'm sure my small purchase paled in comparison to some of the watch sales, I felt as if I was an equal no matter which watch I selected. Thank you to all.

This store has great selection of Swatch watches. As an outlet store, of course they will have better pricing than the other Swatch store in Vancouver area, but this store really exceeded my expectation. I came just to get my watches batteries replaced, which is another great thing about Swatch. It turned out I bought one flik flak for my daughter, then I will return to get 4 more watches. Customer service is amazing, very friendly and knowledgable. The store is clean and organized. Hour Passion is my favourite store!!

Located at McArthurGlen outlet in Richmond, this store carries a wide variety of brand name watches. Their prices are competitive, and they will have discounts on their products. On a recent visit, they had up to 50% off on selected Swatch watches. Service is friendly and attentive, not pushy.

Just got a Hamilton watch Khaki Air Race, a special edition of Red Bull Air Race as Hamilton is an official timekeeper.Customer service was decent but need more new and varieties collection.

Hour passion Store has an amazing selection and staff. I was quickly assisted by knowledgeable staff and purchased the perfect Mido Swiss watch in my price range. I would highly recommend for the selection, service and price! If you love watches, you should definitely check this place out.
