I was going here for over 3 years and due to a new hire I will not be returning he was working yesterday around 11 (January 13th 2023) when I went to go get new vape juice and pods and he was extremely rude and made me feel super uncomfortable but was kind to all the male clients? Time to let him go! It's such a shame because the Owner of this facility is great.

Great products! great prices !Jacobs customer service skills or lack of … i feel each or any time i go there he gives me the cold shoulder, please at least talk to him about being respectful, i have never been rude nor disrespectful towards him, i just expect to be treated the same. I love this store but dealing with him is like pulling a tooth he is super unpleasant and super awkward!

Was out in Victoria a while ago and I wanted to pick up a Vape while I was visiting. Jessie was working and help me pick one out. She was very attentive and knowledgeable and made my whole experience unforgettable. I hope we get a Vape Streets in Ontario soon!

By far one of the most down to earth places. Visited from Ontario to see a couple friends and Jessie was so helpful and awesome. We clicked with her immediately and she was so informative of everything. We hung out longer just because it was so fun to talk with her. This store has great customer service skills. I would come back to Victoria just to visit Jessie. Highly recommend her help!

Jacob was an incredible support person and customer service representative for myself. I've been trying to quit smoking and I never got the confidence until I interacted with jacob. He sold me the best juice it tastes great and its the perfect strength. I'll see ya soon buddo. Next time I wont smell like cigarettes lol. Bless you. And thank you again. I came in yesterday to inquire about flavours and doses for my caliburn and the customer service was awesome and I ended up loving the flavour more than I expected, they also have a really great deal for singles and packs of cartridges I would for sure recommend anyone to come check it out. They let you in if you have pets or bikes which is great!

This shop as the most down to earth people working here. They are always polite and I love that they have a point system. I've gotten free juice with my points accumulated from over time. This shop is very clean and organized as well. They also have school snacks and pops you can't get other places. Keep up the good work.
