Highly recommended company, prompt response and very competitive pricing. We just sold our house (subject to inspections) and with the recent heavy rains we discovered water pentertation through a small hair line crack in our crawlspace wall. Phil was very quick to attend within a couple of days and he met the new potential owner (who was naturally concerned after this disclosure) and after speaking to Phil the owner was happy with all the answers from him after explaining the procedure he was about to do (crack injection method), the owner felt confident and happy.So as the seller I can't thank Phil enough for his prompt visit and taking the stress out of a potential deal breaking situation. Had two settlement cracks in the foundation of our home. Called Phil at CrackMaster who made a quick same day visit. Phil advised he would be able to return in just over a week to remove drywall and provide a proper estimate. We arranged an appointment time and Phil provided a firm estimate in about 30 minutes. The work was completed same day at a fair price and given the cracks were repaired using flexible resin injection we have a life time transferable warranty. Highly recommended. Phil came to our house to check on the foundation crack and water damage the same day I called him. After the inspection, he provided several solutions to fix the foundation and explained how each of them will work. He and his crew then came back to our place in 2 days to fix the crack. The whole work was handled very professionally. It was reasonably charged and also warranty provided. Very friendly people to work with!

Phil and John are friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They are responsive, smart, are really good communicators (and I may add, honest, decent people).They answered my call right away. I was expecting to leave a voicemail because it was after hours, but Phil was right there! This Monday was the long weekend but they came anyway. John inspected and found the internal sump was having sewage backed up into it. He returned with the vacuum truck to clean all the sewage and sediment out the sump, ran a camera down the sewer line to find the cause (baby wipes) and noted any potential issues such as the sewage line having shifted such that there is pooling (it'll probably be just fine if there are no more baby wipes")

Phil at Crack Master was very helpful for the contracted work and we can tell he works very hard and honest way. The job was actually given by our landlord and I'm a commercial tenant who has asked about the water leak for years and Phil came to our unit and did excellent job.Highly recommend this service, Crack Master for any major leaks and he and his staff were super friendly and showed us full credibility.Lots Thumbs!

I highly recommend CrackMaster Concrete to anyone in need of expertise on basement leaking due to perimeter drain failure. My rental property had a huge flooding this summer. Previous plumber installed sump system in basement but water continued to come out from cracks on the floor. Talked to Phil; he came on site quickly despite the long commute and immediately identified the likely causes. In a couple of days he came back with his crew and equipment. The whole project took more than 3 weeks due to some unexpected complications, but we solved the issue, hopefully for good. I was very impressed with Phil's knowledge, hard working attitude, confidence, and personality. He is a pleasure to work with. I worked with three different plumbing companies and CrackMaster and Phil certainly champions!

Overall, both Phil and John provided great customer service (responsive to calls and emails, showed up courteous on the job site, explained things). We checked out his BBB ratings/reviews, and also read/watched some of the references on his website. John came onsite to do a quote for some cracks. When he surveyed our house, he said it may be a good idea to do a camera inspection of the drain tiles and potentially hydro-flush them. We agreed given he was the expert. Phil and John came on site to do the work. Thankfully their camera inspection revealed that our drain tiles were in great condition and didn't need to be hydro-flushed (they were honest). We were a touch surprised when the invoice came through because the camera inspection was originally quoted as $250 but then the invoice had $400 (the +$150 for additional 30 mins). The hydro-flush was quoted at $225/hr at min 4 hours ($900) but since that service wasn't needed Phil charged me $100 for driving out the truck which I thought was fair. The second job John did another day was to fill 2x foundation cracks with epoxy. It was a job which took 2 hours (spread over two days...1st day to fill cracks, 2nd day to smooth out after drying). Lifetime warranty. So far the cracks appear to be filled in nicely, we'll see over time how they fare. Thanks for reading.
