Excellent. I mean EXCELLENT Service. I brought in a company fleet vehicle and the service counter person Maija, literally ran to the back to where my car was, to answer a question on my car mapping system. Great attitudes and a good place to wait with decent coffee. No pushy salespeople either. Update: visited today as I was waiting for a part. Service was excellent, fast and Maija explained everything. It was under warranty and they pinpointed the exact problems. I wandered around while I was waiting. It was a bit crowded in the waiting room at first but there was a steady flow of people.

Truly EXCELLENT service! Me and my wife just purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer and it was an amazing experience! We are from out of town and found the vehicle online. BUYER BEWARE we purchased a 2019 F150 lariat fully loaded we came from out of town to view the vehicle. we test drove the vehicle. The test drive was satisfactory according to the 2019 year of the vehicle. After two weeks of owning the vehicle, the engine light came on, and the alignment was off. We reached out with in 30 days to ask about the alignment if it was done and they said it was.Reached out numerous times within 30 days with out a single phone call back no customer service was provided and our phone calls or ignored even within 30 days.Our local Ford dealer informed us that the alignment was OK but all four tires needed to be replacedContacted the dealer no response no help after owning the vehicle for less than 30 daysIgnored our request for help and washed us out. We are still trying to resolve our issues and are in thousands of dollars to fix the brand new vehicle we purchased from this organization.

Before moving to Orillia 2 years ago, I had my car serviced at a Durham Region dealership. Needing some warranty work completed I dropped in to Thor Motors and was pleasantly surprised! The Service Advisor Majia Lem was very pleasant and professional. I was booked in the following day, offered a ride home and return to the dealer instead of sitting around for a half a day and the work was completed earlier than expected!
