I would stay here again. Great staff,friendly, courteous, polite, helpful. A well maintained suite. A huge washroom..and I mean huge compared to a lot of other hotels and motels. Lots of room for two beds. Two fridges. Easy access to the highway. Right next door to a Burger King and McDonalds. Close to a bunch of other restuarants. A heck of a deal!

The general manager (Asian Canadian, mid 40s) is astounding and went beyond what he had to. They changed the room quickly when the first one wasn’t the right fit for us, he gave me a new tooth brush from his personal stash because the motel didn’t have any in stock. Would return just because of how impressed we were with the manager.

FYI, Hotel is undergoing recent ownership change. I booked for my employees anticipating the reasonable rate for the somewhat “okay” accommodations (we’re working, not holidaying) and was unpleasantly surprised by the new ownership jacking prices. I realize that most hotels have been recently jacking up their rates due to Covid and the current summer tourist season but I will be looking for a better deal for those prices. An “okay” hotel at resort type prices is unreasonable.

A humble inn with friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.But it is rundown and the room, while requesting non-smoking, smelled strongly of cigarettes. The a/c was noisy, and while the bedsheets were clean, the blanket, pillows and mattress smelled like old junk food.Since we were out most of the day in Jasper, so the room was ok for the weekend.

We booked white wolf inn for 2 nights for our family for the long weekend. We arrived at the hotel around 6pm for the checkin, that’s when the man working at the front desk informed that there PMS is down and asked if we are okay with pet-friendly room.1. We said yes as long as it is clean, after collecting our key cards for Room#121 we entered the room to the unbearable smoking smell to which my cousin is allergic, so the front desk said it is not a smoke smell it is pet smell and they gave us room freshener.2. It was a hot day, the fridge was very much needed, to our astonishment the fridge wasn’t working at all and they didn’t have an extra one. They asked us to store our supplies in their lobby refrigerator.3. In the washroom it took 30mins to get hot water and once the hot water started running all 4 of us made sure to take our showers back-to-back as we weren’t sure to get hot water very soon.4. Once we turned on the flush it didn’t stop for a while so we left for our dinner and when we returned the water was still running, so we called the same front desk rude guy. He came to the room in order to fix it, after some efforts he stopped the water but asked us to use the washroom in the lobby by the front desk anytime- so kind of him.To all our complaints the front desk replies- “ I didn’t force you to stay at this hotel. Previous management has taken all the bookings so it’s not our fault.”5. We wanted to charge our phones and gadgets, but some of the sockets were also not working, by this time we were not at all surprised.6. Night-2: We arrived at 10.10 pm and collected both our rooms' key cards, and this time the key card didn’t work for my niece’s room. So they went down to the front desk, and they issued a new one that too didn’t work. So now they said that they have to look for the physical key, meanwhile, we waited in our family's room. It took them another 30mins to find the physical key and open our room.All in all, this is not something that you'd expect on your vacation.

My family booked this room 3 nights before their arrival and secured the rooms by credit card to have front desk say they are not available and are fully booked.Upon arrival the manager was rude and the desk clerk was trying to be accommodating. We managed to get a room even after telling us no rooms were available.The room we got was a smoking room after we asked for nonsmoking and the room smelled rancid of cigarette smoke and we have a toddler with us at this time. There were zero guest services and we were not notified of no guest services available to us. Our key cards did not work and had be reset everyday during our stay. We paid 178.00 per night for this room and nothing good came out of this experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to live in a crack shack.

Was great place to stay and very accommodating. There was a trail for walking our dog and there is also a kids playground right behind the motel. The rooms are spacious. The staff were awesome and super friendly. I would highly recommend staying .

Stayed 2 nights week ago .Room # 210 was spacious , but very dirty. Bedsheets were very dirty with stains . Bathtub was not cleaned with hairs still there. Soap and shampoo dispenser was just for decoration, completly empty. Even stairs were so dirty, never vacuumed, saw a dead bee on stairs for 3 days.Good thing about this place is very helpful and understanding reception staff and convenient locations.

Dirty. Easily the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. We stayed 3 nights, room wasn't cleaned once. When we got there, there was hair in the shower, and a clump in the drain, only 2 towels, no handtowels or facecloths. No light in the bathroom. Beds and sheets were stained. Dishes were dirty. There was food left in the fridge and a used teabag left in the coffee/tea machine. Every day we had to get our room keycards re (synced?) Because they wouldn't work. They never brought toilet paper. Extremely inconvenient traveling with 2 toddlers. Oh, also bring entertainment for the little ones if you have them, their TVs have no cartoons.

I would give this place 5 stars as it's in a great location. Gas parking. Eating options nearby, golf course is very close, room was excellent and very clean. Tip for you, room 204 has a separate bedroom and a nice sitting area to watch TV in. Reason for 4 stars versus 5 stars was that they didn't have options for breakfasts or restaurant right on-site. Also ice was along way from our room.
