The techs that came to the house were polite, honest, clean and hardworking. They replaced my whole heat exchanger and the burner with the Carrier warranty. Actually, luckily one of the techs recommended that the guys take a new burner just in case and it ended up that we needed that too. Which we did. Carrier hasn't seen this issue in the new models, post 2011 so it required some extra trouble shooting. But in the end it covered all the parts. Unfortunately the installer (NOT Furnace and AC Experts) didn't properly register my warranty so the labour wasn't covered up to 10 years like it should have been. Still trying to sort that out.I would definitely recommend Furnace and AC Experts.

Got my mits zuba heat pump installed about 2 weeks ago, I’m very happy with my system as it’s running very smoothly and barely makes any noise. Asif was my sales guy and he explained the rebates going on really well and he built a mutual trust and understanding which I couldn’t find elsewhere in the market. The installers John, sumit and zain did a great job and left the place looking neat and tidy after.

It’s been a week since my carrier heat pump installation, everything went extremely smooth. Asif guided me thru all the government rebates and financing options. The installers Jean and Sumit took care of business, everything looks great.

Furnace & AC Experts installed a Carrier cold climate Air Source Heat Pump (ccASHP) at my home to replace an aging inefficient traditional A/C unit. Everything went smoothly from scheduling the installation day and time as well as the work that was done. The installers took special care to install the ccASHP and Ecobee thermostat precisely where I wanted it and patiently answered all questions/concerns raised. The installers were polite, responsive and respectful of my property in the removal of the existing A/C unit and installation of the ccASHP and carefully cleaned up.
