I guess 2 star is the max. Not because I am mad they deserve this. 15 min before my beer arrived and our soggy Fish and Chip arrived 35 min later. Our appy player came at the same time! Should have been earlier. Don’t Blair the waitress she was so green poor thing has never done it before. Poor management.

A wee bit pricey at this store. Great selection of craft beer. Awesome staff.

Booze is booze. But this place - Over Priced. The staff that works there are incompetent. Nobody has a clue where they even are it seems. Highly recommend another store. Will not support this joke of a business.

Really unfriendly staff here. I interacted with a male and female staff member at separate times on the same day, and both of them seemed like they didn't want to be there and acted like they had better things to be doing. The questions I asked were answered with vague, one word answers. Neither of them smiled or were helpful in any way. I got a negative vibe from my visit and didn't feel welcome at all. With all the other liquor stores I could visit that offer friendly, helpful service, I will not be coming back here.

Honestly I don't understand what people are talking about negative things for this place of business. It's a great liquor store with tons of selection. The staff are nice and friendly, if it's busy, then what do you expect for them to run around? (Not safe) They are courteous and professional. I even requested a specific beer and turns out it's a popular choice! I was super excited when I got the voicemail that it arrived and only took a few days from Surrey I'm assuming as the origin of the brewery is there. If you know what you are searching for or something similar Spinnakers" will most likely have it or something similar. Otherwise just be grateful and stop complaining! Happy Friday everyone!"

Not laid out well. I’m only 5’9”. Have to get a stepladder for many things. I’d be well over 6’.

Looks kinda busy. I havent been inside but Frank and I used to walk by alot.

Good wine selection, good craft beer, cider and mead selection as well as a decent amount of spirits. The limiting factor of this place is the size of their establishment. I would like to see more bulk options. Example the have a very limited selection of 12 cases of beer and cider. If I didn't live so close I would give them a lower rating. I would still recommend this place over most liquor stores in the city.

This is one of the best beer stores in all of the Victoria area. The staff are intelligent and friendly. They went out of their way numerous times to phone me back when there was an item they could order and had no problem putting it behind the counter for me for a couple of days.They seem to have their finger on the pulse with regards to ordering new products and ceasing ones that don't perform. This results in a pretty awesome selection. You could spend a lot of time looking at the individual craft ales trying to choose a couple.They also have the best gluten-free selection of beers in town.As other people commented, it would be great if they were storage in a fridge, and some items are stupidly priced.
