Just having this big box store around our small towns is great. So helpful to get all our hardware needs in Campbellford rather then drive way farther to find the same store. Just wish you could get help when you need it instead of going through the store to hunt for help lol

Even when an item isn't in the spot where it is listed online, the staff can take a number from the product listing and bring you to it's new location!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had stock of everything I was looking for. Store is well organized, for a smaller store they have lots of stock of a good variety of items.

One staff was pretty rude asked her a question and she said she was a merchandiser and turned around ignoring my request. Its a really small store but they had decent stock, sale items were all available.
