Hailey was great- super likeable and comfortable. My hair looks and feels so much better. Would 100% book with her again in the future!

Never had a better experience than I did today. Hailey is smart and funny and does an amazing job. She made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing updo for my the wedding I'm going to today. She will forever be my hairstylist and I recommend the staff at chatters as they are also amazing and super friendly. Will post pictures later but that k you Hailey and the chatters staff for making me love getting my hair done again.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.. I had a horrible experience at this hair salon.Originally when I had booked my appointment they told me it was going to be $185 for a haircut and colour but when I was done with my appointment they charged me $300 plus just for one colour not even a colour change or a balayage. At the end, I still had gray hair in my hair when I mentioned that to Haley and she totally ignored my question I took pictures same day wish I could share here so people don’t waste their money in this salon. I would not recommend this place the charge way too much such a rip off. Please save your money.

I booked with Hailey last week and she did a great job on my blonde! The cut and style was amazing too! Will definitely be going back for my next appointment!

I have a friend who is so upset about how badly her hair turned out. She brought a picture in from the salon's own Instagram page to reference the blonde. She ended up with something closer to green. They won't give a refund. I'm so glad I found out because I was about to book myself and a friend in. No thanks! I'm tired of women being ripped off and I'm even more tired of business not being accountable for shoddy work.She did reach out and sent pics to head office and was told there are no refunds. That's a lot of money for an inept job.

First time at chatters hair salon today and booked with Hailey L. She did such an incredible job of transforming my dull at home dyed blonde hair into a natural, blended and dimensional blonde that I absolutely love!! Thank you Hailey and I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know!! :)

I had a great experience at this location last night.I have been having difficulty with my daughter hair as she has Curly Hair and brushing it has been challenging ever since.Mackenzie was very professional and patient. She made this experience for my daughter great and smooth.My daughter looks extra cute and I am beyond Happy .Thank you @Mackenzie

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!What a horrible experience with the stylist Hailey L. Will never ever visit .1: Despite me asking very gently to the stylist about colour blocker and remover , the way she was answering it …was like hell. She said the store does not have any… if that’s true, The Store needs to have colour blocker or colour remover in case the colour spills around while hair colouring.2: Stylist needs serious training on how to deal with a customer. I am not going back ever to pay for this attitude/ Service.Hailey L’s conversation with a fellow stylist while I am seating there “ There was this circle time with the head office people today and blah blah … Paula said how are you going to treat customers, Paula said based on my mood.. it’s so me you know “Speaking so rudely since I entered and on top of it this conversation was so annoying and not at all acceptable, even though it’s none of my business whom she speaks to . During the service she should focus on the customer than chatting like this .After colour the washthe back side of my head was not washed at all properly,as I am seating an inch away from the sink, she didn’t even bothers to adjust my head to the sink . After the so called wash was over she just was trying to damp the colour with the towel. I just wiped my hand on the back of my head in front of her and she can see clearly the amount of colour on my hand.

Very unprofessional red head cashier cursing and giving the finger to a potential customer today AND the other stylist Jai J seemed to encourage it! Wouldn’t recommend this place and hope that girl is fired!

I visited Hailey at Chatters in Mapleview Mall last Thursday for a hair cut and style and had a very good experience. It was a simple bob but the bangs are tricky. I have had a couple of other stylists try to get the bangs right to no avail. Hailey took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and kept checking as she went regarding length etc. I was very pleased with the final look. Good job, Hailey.
