L service. Took 20 minutes to get my order out and they didn’t get it right. Ordered a Loaded Crispy Chicken Bowl and when it came out, they told they had no more crispy chicken. Left me with no choice but to take the slow cooked chicken. They gave me barely any shredded slow cooked chicken on top of that. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

The staff here are slow and rude. There was only 1 customer inside and another car right behind us. We only ordered a coffee from drive through. Drove to the front window and waited for 5 minutes before someone came to serve us. The coffee was just sitting on the counter the whole time while the 4 workers were ignoring us and preparing for the other orders behind us. When we said excuse me"

This Tim Hortons staff need to be retrained. This is the slowest Timmies in all of the Lower Mainland. How do you get coffee wrong? The medium coffee I ordered was more watery than McDonald's, and my ice-capp that I asked for shot mixed in had the shot poured on the top! What! Just don't come to this Tim Hortons if you value your time.

My mom visited this Tim Hortons on June 15 at around 1PM. She ordered the chili and a wrap. She got one part of her order, which was the chili but not the wrap.My mom waited a bit and the wrap still didn't come after 20 minutes. That's when she spoke up and asked if her wrap was coming. The staff at the back appeared not to be making anything. It also appeared that they were fooling around instead of making orders. One of the associates was poking their colleague with their gloved hand, which to me is unsanitary.While my mom was waiting for her wrap, the people who ordered after her got their entire order first before my mom. That's when my mom asked again if her wrap would be ready. They kept reassuring her that her wrap was being made. After asking a third time, and receiving nothing, my mom asked the cashier if she could just get a refund because she had to get going. The cashier said she had to get the manager. Two staff members came out from the back and spoke to my mom. That's when my mom explained the situation as to why she wanted a refund. They reassured to just wait and it would be made. At that point, that is when the staff in the back started actually making the order. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that she received no apology.If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The other reviews speak for themselves. There is something wrong with the management and staff at this Tim Hortons.

Dropped here to get some cold beverages, but had to wait long. There was a long queue but crews were wondering around rather than opening the other order counter. Seemed disorganized.

The staff also is not very knowledgeable about the food they sell like what ingredients are in what.You have to ask for each individual item of your order if you get more then coffee at the pick up cause if u sent they will forget half of your order.Also if they burn something and the place fills with smoke they absolutely refuse and argue about air the place out by turning on the roof vent or opening the doorsI have literally had to leave on occasion because they triggerd an asthma attack with the smoke they created from burning food and after incidents like these the refuse all responsibility or even apologizeI would think twice before going here especially if you have lung issues

Will always mess up your order no matter what. They will either miss an item or miss the whole ingredient in your wrap/sandwich. Drive through only has one person working both lanes. What's the point of a double drive through if one person is working double duty and taking longer. Pic below of turkey missing in a turkey bacon club. Previous orders were missing either a wrap or a sandwich and the worst thing is, you just get points for the next time you order at Tims.

Toooooooo slow. I ordered one donut and one cookie on mobile app and it took them ten minutes to get them ready. They should hire more ppl during the busy hours. The food was good. Just need to speed up.

L resturant, L service, i came here and ordered 3 bowls and i had to wait 30 minutes. they forgot. recently i got a wrap and they wrapped it horribly. they also just slapped a wedge of cheese in my farmers wrap and it was cold as flip. dont come here unless you want long wait times and poopoo food
