Great to hear - exceeded my expectations. Great customer service-they are very professional and a knowledgeable group of people. I left there impressed beyond words and hey, guess what, I can hear again. I recommend them very highly.

wish I could give them more than 5 Stars! Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff that helped me on my ear plugs and actually saved me a lot of money compared to other places. Accommodated my tight work schedule as well. Highly recommend them for all your services and hearing test too!! Enjoyed my experience all the way and they always went above and beyond during the whole process.

The staff at Great to Hear are just incredible! They have been so helpful to me, helping me to select my hearing aids, as well as technical help that I needed afterwards. Kris really knows his stuff! Ida is so warm and friendly! I drive 45 minutes to see them, when there are many other places where I can get hearing aids closer to home, but they are well worth the drive. I simply will not and can not go anywhere else.

Fast and friendly service!!! Went in for a full ear exam and was welcomed by amazing staff members. Staff members made everything feel more smooth and comfortable. I definitely recommend anyone needing ear care to visit this location!! Ida, Clara & Kris were amazing at getting me tested, fitted and ordering hearing aids (over-the-ear) and were thoroughly helpful when I had to choose which one. They were quickly able to order me a replacement when I lost one during COVID, while wearing prescription glasses, face mask and hearing aids! Swiftly they arrived within a few days. Bravo Great to Hear..!!

Such a great clinic. All the staff was so friendly and willing to answer all my questions. They took the time to explain the procedure and how to keep a healthy ear canal. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I was welcomed by a lovely smile and I wasn’t scared for my exam anymore. These people are the sweetest and don’t take much of your time, unlike other places where you have sit for hours for a booked appointment, but here I was in and out in no time. They were incredibly professional and honestly even though it was far for me I would still come here again the next time I need.Thank you so much guys, you guys were amazing.

It was quickly obvious to me why this Hearing Clinic has won the top award for many years running as well as being rated 5 Stars by so many very happy clients.They geniunely care about your hearing needs and make you feel like you're their only customer. They are quick to get you in for an appointment and you never feel rushed to 'wrap things up'. They were also extremely kind in the discount they provided.I was so thrilled by their overall incredible customer service that I referred my parents who, even though they live 90 minutes away, went to Great to Hear for Mom's hearings aids and are also incredibly grateful life-long customers.Thank you Ida, Kris and Clara - you really are an incredible team!!!

This place is so patient focused. I’ve been bringing my dad here for way superior care than where he was previously going. Their service is very welcoming, professional and caring and it’s no wonder why they’ve consistently won a top choice award 8 years strong! I highly recommend this hearing clinic to everyone.
