FIX AUTO CHATHAM

My car was damaged while parked on the street and Fix Auto was my insurance company's recommended shop. Was very happy with the job that was done on the vehicle, they made sure to bring it back to the way it was or maybe even better since some other minor knicks were in the effected area :). Not only did they do the job well but I had the car embarrassingly dirty, in need of a complete detail. I figured they would wash the exterior and just make sure that they didn't leave any proof" that they were in the car like dusty hand prints etc. No

Very bad work done to my brand new 2023 Corolla Cross. Extremely careless. Damaged paint in several areas, overall fix was unacceptable and my door gets stuck closing now. Someone there slipped with my door taking it off the hinges and scratched the door. I cannot believe it was given back to me the way it was.The business made a response to this review saying they did not sevice my vehicle/don't know what was done. So - It was brought there by Campbell Toyota a couple months ago for a door out of alignment on a 23 Corolla Cross. They used an impact to take the bolts off and damaged every door bolt and refastened them stripped of paint. They dropped my door onto the hinge and gouged the inside of the door with an almost 3inch long deep paint scratch, on the door, and the hinge itself looked chewed up.Then, when I received my vehicle back, the door was in such bad condition (wouldn't even close normally without being pushed/pulled with way too much pressure) I was threatening the dealership (unfortunately) with a lawsuit since I was done having my time wasted. They offered to have FixAuto check it again, said that FixAuto probably wouldn't do anything, so instead, I took it to CSN Chatham (five stars by the way) who notified me the damage that IFIX caused would probably cost me $800-$1200 just to undo their work nevermind fix it as if it were new. I forced Toyota to buy back the vehicle and I bought a new one.I would not trust this business to be honest if they made a mistake with your vehicle.If whoever replied to my review still doubts the authenticity of this statement, I will upload the pictures of the vehicle damage and the correspondence with Campbell to this review. I will also attach the CSN quote since I still have it in my email.

Quick stop in to get a quote for some possible work done to my vehicle. Greeted by front office staff, very friendly. Listened to my concern & left my information to be emailed a quote as promised by the gentleman & resulted in nothing. I stopped back in after 2 weeks.......spoke with the same gentleman that had my contact info buried way down in a pile. Put him on the spot for a minute. He could tell I was annoyed I had to re-stop back in for the simple quote. He apologized & explained sometimes his system gets a bit messy. I remained civil & replied back it's probably a terrible system if you can't get back to a potential customer then actually he tries to ask me what other quotes were I was shopping around. I said nope it doesn't work like that bro when u can't get back to me! So I waited for 5min it took to actually produce the quote, Which I do feel was a tad pricey. This is simply a review on trying to obtain a simple quote not any work done! How does a Business stay in business these days without getting back to people with such a thing as a quick email! People have to learn it's the digital age and reviews can & will be left now. This is just my first impression of fix auto! Not off to a good start for just a simple quote..........FIx Auto FAIL!

The staff are fantastic. They repaired a rust spot on my 2008 vehicle. I was concerned about color match. They did a perfect job! Can't tell where the repair was done and the colour matched beautifully! They also cleaned my car inside and out! Keep up the good work guys! Definitely recommend this place.

Whilst I feel their body repair to my vehicle was done as stated.Please take pictures of your own vehicle prior to leaving it! Be cautious! Take detailed records of the items working prior to “repair” being done.As afterwards, you will be returned a car that you need to sink in about $500 more as things aren’t working now for various other reasons. Unrelated to why it went into the shop in the first place.Like being talked down too Chad will rise to the occasion!Won’t be recommending these folks to any friends or family

Great experience with Fix Auto in Chatham. The workers in the office were polite and very informative. My SUV had some damage to it that needed fixing and the work they did looks amazing. They even cleaned my car inside and out! Very impressed.

They did an amazing job on my back bumper of the Kia Forte that was damaged due to someone rear ending me. They were quick, effortless to deal with, professional and did a quality job. Highly recommend them!
