Ian and his team were able to get me a new phone with a better plan at top speed. In and out with all data transferred in around half hour - on Black Friday. The store was packed and each worker was working diligently with their respective customers with smiles on their faces. Highly recommend going here for all of your mobile needs

I was looking to upgrade my phone, and go from a Samsung to an iPhone. I had all intentions of going back to the Apple store to do this, however I came upon the Tbooth store at the food court in Masonville Mall, and so thankful I did. I worked with Ian who turns out to be the store manager, I had great customer service from start to finish, I had honest, as I was looking to go to a higher model when really I didn't need to, in reality he could have just let me get the more expensive phone but he didn't. Ian I appreciate your service, honesty and look forward to a look working relationship at Tbooth

Fabulous experience dealing with Layla! We went into upgrade one phone and ended up buying three. Not because of her impeccable sales ability but because she was doing her best to get all the best options for us. She was extremely honest and harworking. Juggling so many things at once without losing her cool and committed to highest quality of service. Very impressed and no, I have never met her before.

My partner and I had the most positive customer service experience with Layla at Tbooth. She was friendly,educated, efficient and personable. It was the most positive cell phone experience I've ever had. she took very good care of us as a family unit and even shared a timbit with my daughter.
