Hands down the best snow shop in the valley. Always have the best selection and latest gear. Their clothing is also very on point. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and just the sweetest humans.

As a skier... I should remove a star as only sell snow boards... but that is just a philosophical thing. They have a huge selection of snowboard gear... and a whole bunch that even skiers would enjoy. They carry every brand you would want. Very knowledgeable staff who are always friendly. If you need gear go here. Not a souvenir shop.

Very nice store. I visited them in the summer so I didn’t need any snowboard gear. Everything is premium and top quality product. I’m from Toronto and they have some very hard to find gear and brands. Big ratings for carrying burton ak jackets.

An absolute gem in Banff - can't rate UNLTD and the staff highly enough. Huge shout out to Billy who went above and beyond on my recent trip to help me pick and dismantle my skateboard of choice. If you are in town make sure you give this place a visit, and if you are lucky enough to be assisted by Billy, you can't go wrong! Hands down best place for boards in town. Will be a must visit for me from now on when in Banff.

Pathetic customer service. ordering a pre order in October 2022 for a Jones Mountain Twin 2023 model in early October, but still not receiving anything until today (almost mid Jan 2023). Talked to the shop manager D( Not to mention the full name) and all he said it’s not their fault for not receiving the shipment from Jones. I called in late November 2022 asking if I can cancel the pre-order as I found one in the market nearby in town but there is a $50 charge. Later on in mid December, I called again asking on the status and they sent me an email the shipment is out from Jones on 9th December 2022, so they should expect the board very shortly but they can take the cancellation for free. Now I still have received nothing but answer such as it’s not their fault, nothing they can do about it, you are just repeating what you said earlier, all we need to do now is say BYE. This is ridiculous and rude for a customer service, also very insulting. I did apologise for yelling at them but on the other hand, I have not received a proper apologise from them at all. If you are going to order something from them, reconsider if there is other places carry the item you want. They are nothing different compare to other shops but other shops have way better service than UNLTD provides.

Friendly and helpful staff great experience trying on and purchasing gear.

Ordered a snowboard online. Shipping was fast (to Nelson, BC). A few days after ordering, I found a better price on another website. I reached out about a price match and they were happy to accommodate. Thank you for the amazing customer service, UNLTD!

Always friendly staff, great displays and product on offer is always the best. Really good place to grab boards, accessories and outerwear. Able to browse freely without being hounded but staff help whenever you ask. Good sales offers too throughout the year.
