Brian and Nadia dont answer calls, they are not there to help when you need them. If you call them in the morning they will reply back to you in the night. Poor work ethics and time management. Nadia is not a valuable or credible realtor. she fails to understand what you are asking. Poor interpretation skills. They breached the contract many times. Initially they were fine after that everything fell apart. The tenants smoked a lot in my property and whole house smells. They did not tell us a single word . My realtor went and checked and told me they are smoking a substance. They lied to us many times . My advice to others - Please take care of your own properties or hire a renowned and trustworthy property managements .
