Don't get fleeced by this store. Ask for a detailed invoice/receipt from the start, take pictures of what frames you want and ensure your glasses are exactly what you requested, and be careful about how you let them use your insurance plan coverage.

PLEASE WALK AWAY AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They do not even deserve one star!!!!! The owner will use your insurance plan to earn money without providing you the products that you ask for!!!! The owner was nice and polite at first because he wanted your money. We didnt get any invoices or receipts after our purchase!! When we asked for invoices, he provided multiple ones that didn’t add up! He also blames us for the mistakes that he made!! He will also make up numbers to get as much money from your insurance company as he can!!!! At the end, you might not get the products that you paid for!!! He will find a way to refund you less or none at what you and your insurance company paid for!!!

Bad experience here. We got two pairs of glasses and two box of contact lens here, the manager promised to give us one box of free sample. Then they ordered wrong brand and index twice, eventually give us nothing. The manager made a lot of mistakes during ordering and the staffs there always have no idea about what the orders are. Not recommended at all!!! This store want the customer to take the cost of their mistakes!

If there is ZERO star and lower, everything about this store deserves. The worst products came from nowhere and no QC and brand on it. Within short time and then broken into pieces without any damage on purpose. Customer service with terrible manner and language. The boss and staffs are incredible rude without proficient communication in English. You will never shop in this shop ever and never work for them either. Do worry they brought unqualified products to Canada. Watch out! Ramen is the employee of the store to make fake excellent review.
