Dip nails were done extremely well, the exact shape I requested with very nice symmetry, not thick at all and perfecly smooth - the best set I've had done in a long time.I see some other reviews so I thought I'd mention: I waited about 15 mins into my appointment to be served however, I come expecting this - they don't want to turn down business and are doing their best to estimate how long services will take, on the fly.

I go there every month and they do a great job!!!! My nails never been healthier. My nail technician is Lisa and she does a super duper job. Thanks Lisa! Dipping powder is the best.

I decided I was going to try this nail salon as I have tried a few. My nails were beyond perfect and I was stunned by the price.I had a pedicure with shellac polish and it was only $ 45. By far the cheapest and the best job. This will definitely be where I continue to go.

I absolutely LOVE Kemptville nails and spa! The staff are so friendly, in particular Kayla who I ALWAYS make sure to book when I visit. My nails are always perfect and it doesn’t matter the design, Kayla always nails it! Cannot recommend enough!

I have come to this salon since they opened and never get disappointed! The staffs are really nice and all the tools are sanitized probably all the time! Love this nails salon

The service and results from my manicure today was unacceptable. We sat down for our appointment at 1:30 and both my friends had a technician before I did, I was not talked to or helped for 20 minutes. Then when I was finally helped and had my nails started, the lady ruined my cuticles and cut them multiple times. I showed her my reference picture for my nails and she was confident she could do it. Unfortunately she put the wrong sized tips on my nails and made them extremely wide, not the shape I wanted and didn’t do a good job drawing the design. On top of all of this they charged me 75$ for this service. I was so dissatisfied with the end result that I went home to take them off and when I was filing down my nails, they started to smell rancid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I’ve been going to kemptville nails and spa for over 2 years. I will drive 35 mins out of Ottawa just to have my nails done. Henri is amazing and I never leave disappointed. With great attention to detail and precision my nails have never looked better. Thank you for making me feel a little bit more beautiful. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
