Layer 3 is my first choice for IT services! I needed a computer upgrade for my business a few months ago. I went to them with my needs, they were able to provide me with a computer system that manages the design software I use as well as software I only dreamt I could one day run. Amir and his team are the best! Had what I thought was software problem, turned out to be a very minor hardware issue. When I called in Ardy explained he would walk me through afew procedures and if that didn’t work we would discuss next steps. The troubleshooting he did worked and minutes later I was up and running with no down time. Team is very patient and explains things in a way even I can understand. Would highly recommend for any type of computer service.

As an owner of a graphics company we rely heavily on our technology. I have never in 20 yeas of business felt more supported than I have for the past year when we started using Layer3. The competency and professionalism is outstanding and in most cases the problem is solved before I even hang up the phone. I've never met someone more knowledgeable in this space than Amir and Arde at Layer3 and am consistently surprised by how quickly and easily they handle what seems to be massive problems with our tech. If you are not using Layer3 I don't know how you are still in business.
