Lines are crazy at all times. Please hire more tellers. I write this as waiting in a line out the door. My total time in line was 32 minutes.

Honestly the best service any branch of any bank has to offer. I have been doing business With them for my mortgage for years and barely really have to go in the branch. Every time though the manager Nick remembers me by name, remembers my family, where I work. Nothing like it anywhere else!!! Hands down best bank EVER

Not even a week since my last terrible experience here, while having an appointment for our banking my 6 year old needed to use the bathroom(tiny blader). Refused to let her use there's, making my wife walk with a upset 6 year old who had to go pee to tim Hortons.
