Balanced Phone Repair

Sorry about the confusion, my mother was the one the brought in my phone to you places. (Carin Paetsch) I have my name set for my first and middle name. I also am having issues with my ear peace.

Mike at Balanced Phone Repair is very knowledgeable and a skilled repair technician! My phone repair was prompt and the cost was very reasonable! My phone is just like new again! I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

Great guy easy to talk to quick fixes and decent prices. Mike seems to have the place to go. I will go back if I ever break my phone again.

Really glad I found this place! I broke the screen on my MotoG phone and found what must be the biggest such shop in the area as they have stores all over. I went to one of those and they didn't think they could get the screen so referred me to another of their stores and they said they couldn't get it either. Both suggested I just get a new phone! Luckily I found Balanced on Google. It was even closer to my home. Mike said no problem. It was a weekend and he called Monday and said he had the part. I took it in and picked it up 2 hours later and the price was cheaper than that quoted me by the chain that ended up saying they couldn't do it anyway.That gentleman who gave this place a negative review should have just gone back. Even having been there just once I have no doubt that if anything turned out to be wrong Mike would fix it with no problem!

I've never used a cell phone repair place, but I'll tell you I'll never use another one again. Mike was fast, responsive, professional, nice, and you cannot argue with his prices. 100/10, this is your guy.

Cracked the back of my Pixel 3. Called them up, the part was ordered and arrived the next day. The repair was done in less than 45 minutes. Friendly service and a great experience overall.

Mike (?) is awesome. Super responsive, helpful, and great customer service. Rather than over promising, he was honest and said it could take 2-3 days to fix my son's phone, but he called me the next morning that it was done. 2 days later the phone stopped working again and he replaced the screen again at no cost without asking questions.
