Very Disappointed!! long weekend, lots of shoppers but they won’t take my $50 bill. I asked why and the reply was, because I won’t have change for later. Who opens up on a long weekend, a mall full of shoppers but you can’t make change. The worst part is two cashiers talking about us before we have even left the store. Definitely won’t go back here again.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place JUST opened and all I see are horrible reviews all about the staff. I went to the till to purchase my items and the only cashier on till refused to ring up my purchase while another customer shopped for 15 minutes as a line formed behind me. I asked her if she could cancel the current transaction since the customer was still shopping and she laughed and refused. Literally 15 minutes later and another cashier finally hopped on till.Edited to add this is about the Thriftys location at highstreet mall.

I wish I could post no stars because they do not deserve a star. I purchased 2 pairs of pants because they did the measuring 34 x 34 they were wrong, I tried to bring them back to have them exchanged, you would think that would be easy. Absolutely not I went back twice with no luck. I am a senior and sometimes have difficulty walking. They kept telling me that I had to come back when management was there. I ended up leaving the jeans there because my 2 weeks was expiring. it has been 45 days now, I have wrote to head office that were no help at all. Why could I not just simply exchange my jeans to the correct size, I dont know. Never again will I ever go into this store again, go ahead and keep my money and my jeans because I just dont want to ever hear your name again. a bunch of rip offs from back east.

Youth clothing. Reasonable Price's. Helpful staff

I have been a customer of blienotes since the late 60 Gastown Vancouver B.C. Well came in looking for a jacket and they didn't have my size . I asked if it could have been brought in for me . The clerk said no ot couldn't she said l could go to other store l said great just call me when it comes in . At that point she says to me that l would have to go to the store and pick it up l told her l couldn't as l'm disabled if she can't see that all ready l use a mobility scooter to get around .Then she said well you could order the item on line. I said great then it could come to the house. Then her response was well it would come to the store why would it go to the store when it played for by card. Dosen't make sense to me at all anyway l just walk out. My response is where is the customer service for this store . And why wasn't there a Manget or a Supervisor available The main point here is there customers service is the pits and they don't want people who have disabilities issues to use this store it's disgusting period l will be taking my business somewhere else now

Not much variety. People aren't polite or helpful

Me and my friends just went to bluenotes and we buy a shirt. We just pay the amount and in front of us, she said now the price is $5. We ask them and one of them said that we change it now. Very bad experience."

I wish I could give this store no stars if it was an option!!! Management was very rude and very snappy! I tried returning my friends clothes for her since she is too busy to herself. The manager refused to help me and when they did they tried to make it very quick and kept getting snippy with me. I was just simply trying to ask a few questions for their sizing charts. Avoid this store if possible. You can get better service, quality and prices else where!!

That was the worst experience that I ever had in bluenotes at seven oaks ( Abbotsford).We were just looking at different sizes of shirts but one of the girl working there blame us for creating mess and was so rude. This was disgusting and not expected, she ruined the whole mood .
