This review is only for the online shopping experience, but seeing how there is not a specific outlet for reviewing that, I'll add it here.Online order was fine and delivery was efficiently done via a third-party courier service. However, I had received a clearly used product and contacted the store via email twice with no response in a whole week. So online customer service leaves something to be desired. I'll probably refrain from online purchases here in the future.Edit: it seems like it was a misunderstanding mostly on my part, but Marieke reached out to me to clear up the confusion and even offered a future discount. Cookery clearly cares about their customers; hopefully this email support experience is just a one-off oversight.

Ordered some kitchenware from Cookery and the service has been fantastic!! My new stainless steel pan, chef's knife, new whisk, and brown sugar softener are all high quality. Even the person I was speaking to on the phone was very easy going and very understanding. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future, thank you!!

We've been shopping at the cookery since it first opened. My husband and I buy each other gifts from there for every birthday, anniversary and Christmas! Everything we have gotten is top quality. Because in store shopping has been closed due to covid, I recently worked with Amy over the phone to buy some wine glasses. Amy painstakingly walked me through all my options and helped me make an economical but good quality selection. Everyone in the store is friendly and knowledgeable and professional. It's just a fantastic addition to our neighborhood!

we recently got an induction range and my wife does a lot of canning and needed a big stock pot that would work with it. My wife Kelly follows the site and noticed that it was on sale, and it looked too big to put on my e-bike, so I thought I would order it on line for Christmas. I went on at 5 AM last monday and ordered it, and at 10:45 my phone started pinging that it was on its way, and at 11:00 I got it, beautifully wrapped in a lovely bag. Who needs Amazon drones when you can get service like this and support a local shop.

I am sharing my experience with The Cookery Roncasvalles. I trust and like The Cookery. The staff are helpful and very honest. I bought an expensive Scanpan as a gift and the staff was very thorough and helpful in helping select this item. They know good quality cookware costs a lot but they are also budget conscious and don’t pressure you into buying something you don’t want or need and I appreciate that. When we came back to the store looking for a French press they were upfront about not necessarily needing to buy an expensive one versus a regular bodum. We will keep shopping at the cookery for years to come. Also if you want to talk shop, these people are cookware nerds in the best way!

Service is ok. Product quality is poor.Very expensive. Every item is $5-10 more here than any other kitchen store I went to.Asked if they do returns. Was told YES and when I tried to they would Only give me store credit. Every store makes up there own rules.Also glasses broke while hand washing (horrible quality). Staff push / upsell products. (every product I asked about they showed me a more expensive version that 'they own')

I visited The Cookery last week looking for a birthday gift for a family member who had recently bought a barbecue. I came out with a perfect selection of BBQ accessories and a referral to a nearby store that stocked BBQ spice rubs. Birthday shopping made easy! Happy gift recipient!

Incredible service. This morning, my Baratza burr grinder gave up the ghost (but not before giving me one last fabulous cup of cappuccino). It owed me nothing… It was 10 years old. Determined to shop local, rather than rely on Amazon, I found that the Cookery had one in stock. I placed the online order and within hours, it was delivered to my door. Thank you, Cookery, for saving the day.

Five stars for the dark-haired employee working this morning, December 29.Zero for the light-haired employee who I assume is the manager.Stopped in earlier this morning to browse through the stock before deciding whether to place an online order or just pick things up myself in person.The employee working at the counter and floor was nothing but helpful and pleasant. She asked me if I was looking for something or needed help, let me know I could reach out to her with any questions as I browsed, informed me of the current sales, etc.While I was browsing, the (I assume) manager came from downstairs and-- with what I can only describe as sneering disdain-- went off about how earlier there was a product on the counter that had another product displayed on it. I don't think the employee even had an opportunity to respond while the monologue went on, including the manager(?)'s nickname for this egregious mistake (merching the merch")

The service at Cookery is unmatched. Every time I have visited one of their locations the staff has really gone the extra mile to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Thanks Cookery!
