TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The person that helped was very knowledgeable and professionals. I believe his name was Pascal. He had helped deal with my credit card situation. ty for all.P.S he is also very cute and handsome. :)

Imagine this: you're travelling (yes, even from just Toronto), you just realised you lost your TD visa. You find a TD branch, and you feel relieved. The agent heard my story, but since I do not use my debit card, I could not be validated at that branch by her. I know there's more than just the debit card validation! I asked if she could call the lost credit card services line for me.. I explained that since I don't have roaming or long distance I cannot use my cell. The audacity of the agent who told me, there's phone around the corner! (Payphone!?) Not only that, but she said if she can't validate me, neither can the agent on the phone! I was made to feel so helpless. If you are this helpful, then I'm best to cancel all my business with you. I took the chance and called the toll free number , because, due diligence..and the agent on the phone was super stellar. I felt bad that she apologized for the in store rep. Poor performance. The branch manager needs a strong coach back lesson for this particular lady at the branch.

The service here is horrendous. Truly apathetic and awful service from everyone, including management. The decor is awful. Honestly it’s just an embarrassing branch.

I like Natalie cuz she's cute...nothing else matters to me really.

Been going there to close out my deceased father's affairs, service is bad and the place is shabby. I would not recommend this place for any banking needs as they do not care or take care of customers.

Always friendly and courteous service. I've never had a bad experience. They even have treats for my dog. I used to live in Vancouver and this was a very common thing in many stores, including TD branches. It is less common here in Montreal so I was pleasantly surprised. Very happy.

This branch was good before td was my best choice since 2000 but who’s working now at this branch including managing/ manager most of them they are things that there father assets they don’t need customers they are getting salary from our business, shame td .

5h30 it was closed.. Poor service..

Poor customer service. Order a credit card from them. Have not received it for a few weeks. Called them - no response. Emailed them - no response. Found on my onw that they forgot to put my apt. # on the application. Wen to the branch. Did not feel welcome, and that there is a single rep. who takes full responsibility for the situation. Asked to speak to the branch manager. He was supposed to do so in an hour or so, It has been about 2 hours already.Extremely disappointed.

My first experience was my account not working since I opened it online and they fixing it, because my branch on Sherbrooke still closed for covid reasons" the manager was helpful but a little stressed.Today I went with my partner to open a join account
