I had travelled from USA when I visited this store. The prices are way too high. Plus the customer service was very disappointing: my little toddler was cranky in the store and I could see the dislike on the customer service lady’s face cz if that. Upon asking questions for things she’d tell me I can’t hear u cz of ur kid. Later eventually she told me that other customers r getting distracted cz of u kid! I’ve not seen such a response for a crying kid so sorry to say. My husband had to quickly pay and leave the store with him. We later found that she incorrectly scanned things, gave what we did not want and did not give what we wanted.. I’m not going back to this place again.

Highly recommended shop for Muslim daily needs. As far as I entered the shop I had the feeling being in the shops surrounding Almasjid Alharam in Mecca. You can find a lot of things; cloths, perfumes, Islamic books, coffee, tea and Zamzam water. Above all, the lady their is super friendly.

I would give this business a negative star rating if i could. I placed an order online a week ago and haven't heard back from the business with any updates since, despite having called and asked for updates more than 6 times already. A second order I had placed simultaneously was refunded without any explanation the second/ third day (when I called and spoke to someone who mumbled something indecipherable over the phone, and then the line went dead). I've been calling and asking them to either provide a status update or refund my first order as well since, but no action has been taken so far. It was a distressing challenge finding out from store employees whether the items are available in store or not (which they are not). I have been following up regularly and am being bounced from Call this number" to "Send a message to this number

Great Islamic Store. They have a great collection of different products. Bought a gift for my cousin and he really liked it. He also liked the smell of Bakhoor. The lady working was really helpful as well, JazakAllahu Khayran.

purchased an eyeliner 2 weeks ago and I received it via mail today. good quality, though there is a lack of communication or updates regarding online order tracking I was glad I was able to still receive my product!

Extremely expensive place. I bought one burner (for oud) 2 weeks ago for $25+ tax n it’s not working anymore. Pathetic quality. I’m shocked in 2 weeks it’s gone.. not working.. worst quality. Better buy from Amazon at least they will return

The young lady working around 8 pm Tuesday May 23rd, 2023 was very rude. If you are working in customer service, make sure you have people who can actually provide proper service to your customers. Shame on her.

Please don't haggle with the lady who owns the store. She clearly has a sign up saying not to. I walked and saw two men trying to do this. Especially as Muslims, we should be supporting our local businesses, not trying to undercut them.
