Quality Concepts, quality workmanship, quality service, quality people. Very pleased with the product and the experience. We have a bug-free summer retreat and place to relax with extended use of this outdoor space in spring and fall as it remains relatively snow free in winter. Travis and team did an exceptional job and were a pleasure to work with. Best home improvement money we've ever spent (at a very reasonable cost). Highly recommended!

We had Quality Concepts Ltd. install a 12 x 10 gazebo on our deck in September, 2021. The workmen were professional and approachable, as they worked diligently to install the gazebo. We are pleased with the gazebo and had almost 3 months of use because of our beautiful Fall weather. Winterizing the roll up vinyl roof was easy to do. We look forward to the coming Spring to be able to use our gazebo for relaxing and dining in. Thank you Travis and the wonderful crew at Quality Concepts.

We are very happy with the purchase of our screened in building that we purchased from Travis at Quality Concepts. We have found it to build with quality and perfection. We love the choice we did on the style of roof. Light comes thru but holds back some heat and brightness. Looking forward to spending many hours in it this summer. We were first concerned that it would be too small (we just had to work with he deck size we had), but once build we found that we have lots of room. Quality and friendly Install crew. Thank You ! We had our covered deck screened in by Quality Concepts about 5/6 years ago when we first moved into our house and it is definitely one of our favourite ‘rooms’ now. Travis was prompt, efficient and great with communication. A couple years ago they had to come back to preform a slight screen repair, and again no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We purchased a home and noticed a Quality Concepts lawn sign regarding an attached screened sun room. A year later we contacted QC and spoke with Travis who came out and gave us a quote.After a few back and forths regarding the design the boys came out and were done in a day.We are very pleased and have since bought a fire table for those cool evenings.The experience with Quality Concepts went very easily and we are happy to give them a 5 star review.

I installed a 3 season room underneath my existing main floor deck. The team at Quality did a very good job in looking at the space and providing good practical advice on what products to install as well as the fit and finish. The sliding vinyl window system requires site measurements, so took about 6 weeks for the final product to arrive from the manufacturer, but once they received it, was up in less than one day.

We used to have a screened gazebo on our deck that we had to put up every spring and take down in the fall. We wanted something bigger and more permanent and Quality Concepts had the exact product that we were looking for. We’re now in our fifth year of using it and it’s still in the same shape as when they installed it. Everyone has been 100% professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do. They even put in a doggie door! We highly recommend Quality Concepts.
